Pesima la atencion me hisieron esperar mas de 45 min por un plato y cuando llego NO ERA EL QUE HABIA PEDIDO Pedi dos veces leche y en la tercera vez me toco ponerme brava para que me la sirvieran a la mesa. La comida es deliciosa de eso no tengo queja pero el servicio el peor que me han dado en mi vida. Anteriormente habia ido y en la factura dice que si uno llama y da sierta informacion tr obsequien una bebidas MENTIRA siempre hay una excusa para no dar un buen servicio a excepcion del mesero JORGE EXCELENTE, te recomienda platos bebidas y aderesos por el es que vuelvo a este restaurante. Excelente persona. Empleado y consejero

徘徊在晚餐，我的一個朋友吃素，有一個非常愉快的晚餐。餐廳本身是窄而長，感到輕鬆和親切。我們的女服務員很友好，周到的不徘徊，我們分裂素食庫斯庫斯（我周圍的葡萄乾回升，不過這只是我的）和共享與芝麻醬，釀葡萄葉，嬰兒茄子和豆沙花椰菜。葡萄葉子餐的亮點，真是妙不可言，我們都認為茄子是薄弱環節-不壞，但那種平淡有點令人失望相比，菜的其餘部分。該豆沙和菜花都非常好。下一次，我會得到葡萄葉，並嘗試對主菜其他選項之一。

El Ihop de la 73 y northern blvd. Hay cucarachas y andan encima donde los chefs ponen los platos listos para que los meseros los entreguen a los clientes, si ahí andan las cucarachas no me quiero imaginar que más hay dentro de la cocina. Que asco, este lugar. Me gusta la comida, pero no es la primera cosa desagradable que me pasa y el mánager nunca está. Un día me salió un pelo en El café, creo que pondre un complaint a la ciudad.

First and for most the manager was extremely rude and had a very distasteful attitude I place my reservation and right after I requested to use the restroom. He flat out lied and said the restroom was out of order, there was actually one working restroom. He tried to direct me to another establishment to use the restroom and one the kind waitresses overheard what was going on and said no theres actually one restroom working. He seemed to get upset about it and gave me a really dirty look and stared at me as I walked all the way to the bathroom. After the fact that I use the bathroom, he continue to stare me down as if I was a criminal and then he whispered something in Spanish to another waitressthen who than begin to stare very rudely.

Es un lugar donde la preferencia existe el otro dia fui y no me dejaron dentrar con el coche de mi hijo y me dijeron que lo dejara afuera y que no podia entrar con el coche pero de inmediato dentro otra persona con el coche de ellos y a ellos los dejaron dentrar con todo y coche solo porque ellos eran americanos son una porqueria el ihop de 73 y northen Blvd

One of the worst ihops Ive ever been too. Ive gone about 3 time very early in the morning before work to order take-out and Its the worst service ever. The staff seems like they dont want to work. The host treats you like your a nuisance to them. They dont listen to you, they mess up your order. They have you waiting there forever and until you dont get up and ask about your order they dont bag it up and call you. The worst.... I was thinking about just not going ever again, but then i said to my self, why should the owner of the establishment have to suffer the loss of my business just because his staff does not want to work properly? Ill just call up corporate offices and make a complaint.

So its a hit or miss with the waitress staff. I dont know why do they work here, if their are so unhappy. I wanna feel a different vibe in the AM, but my waitress Denise did not want to wait tables on me. I ordered an appetizer, 2 entrees, and coffee. The coffee was burnt - No thank you, she didnt come around to even ask how it was. Had to hunt down another waitress to change that for me. My steak omelette was disappointing, the steak tasted stale and the omelette was over cooked. And it was downhill from there, would go back there, but wouldnt want her as my waitress.

Listened to many people state they received the wrong order. I brushed it off thinking all these people may just be acting prudish. Long behold I received the wrong order. To top it off I sat there and watch a group of workers get into a completely unprofessional disagreement about what tables belonged to them. Figured I would give this place a shot, but it was a complete disappointment. I am sure this one time service does not reflect on IHOP as a whole, but changes must be made. Dissatisfied would be an understatement.

Somewhat good customer service. Told us to move for a party of 10 while there wasnt any party of 10 at all. Took a while to wait for our table to then be moved. Stressed my family and especially my grandmother who didnt need this stress today on new years eve. Manager is incapable to do his job. I would prefer to go all the way to the IHOP in east Harlem and be treated fairly than to come here and be treated unfairly and have no profession in customer service.

The Spanish waitress with the blonde hair was quite rude. She said that my group of 8 couldnt pay separately and also tried to shut at least two of my group members up just because she wanted to talk. We promptly left and went to the diner across the street. You cannot complain that you dont have a cashier and thats why you cant take 8 cards for 8 people because it would take time. Thats just laziness.

Horrible food....I ordered the chicken Florentire...the hollandaise sauce looked disgusting. ..and we got fresh fruits but it looked a day old and it was frozen ...the crepes were so thick. Would def def not recommend this IHOP. In fact there is a diner across this place probably would have been a better option. ..lastly the place is prettttty smalĺllll......

I love the pancakes and have different selections of syrup. I come here with my family and Im rating it 4 stars simply because I got mashed potatoes and some parts were chunky and tasted like wet dog...not even kidding... I love coming here dont get me wrong but mash potatoes never again!!!! Other than that friendly staff!

Rubia was a great server but she was swamped with tables as other employees were eating of the counter they serve, DISGUSTING! Cooks without hair restraints and even a kit hem employ serving the tables and counting money with the SAME GLOVES he as working in the kitchen.... Inspection grading letter was NOT posted...

Food there is always delicious no matter what you order, its sooo good. The only downsides is that it is a bit small for how much service they get, going for breakfast youll have to wait a while, about 15-30 mins. But it is worth the wait. Its pretty inside, small, busy, oh and usually very friendly, nice waiters.

Me and my wife went on 8-4-16 it was busy and very crowded as soon as we were seated and looked over the menu we were greeted by the happy go luck roach which shot across the table and over to the next both the staff was told about it and she said was Im sorry never will I come to this IHOP again
