Okay most of the time when i go here i usually have a great service however, the last time was so bad i feel like i may not even come back. From the previous visit i did a survey for a free short stack of pan cakes. On the next visit i presented the receipt with the code showing that i completed it, that was not the problem. The problem was im gueesing the manager or waitress told us that its only for a short stack and it will not discounted to your bill. I was like okay yes we know. It was very confusing that she had explain that but whatever. Before that we waited over an hour to be seated. They were suppose call but did not. We called and they stated they didnot know we were waiting that ling to be called. We go in and were seated, after we odered we waited an additional 40 minutes for our food after seeing other people get served before us. The presentation of the food was rushed, they looked like threw everything together. The pancakes were dry and the food was not hot at all. I understand it gets busy but to make constant mistakes like that and serve your costumer cold food after all that wait ,Its crazy.

Terribly inefficient. - The food is just the same as any old iHop. If you can avoid dealing with the people here, I would. I will say this now, there is one Caucasian gentleman, waiter (who usually wears a cap) who is AMAZING. Hes the only reason we come here. We had one person missing from our party (parking the car outside), and we were not allowed to be seated. We had a few seniors in the group, and would have appreciated the seat. The general manager refused to seat a party of 5/6. I completely understand that a whole party is faster to serve than a partially complete one. Our party, however, was over 80% filled & could have been seated. If only half of us were present, or perhaps our 6th was on his/her way, then I wouldnt be complaining. I did ask nicely to be seated since we had 5/6, but was denied. It may seem petty, I know. But, its just the principle. - I feel there should be a level of sophistication in judgment by the managerial staff, in any restaurant, to enhance the experience. 2 stars = its iHop which is always satisfying, and the one server I spoke of above.

When you order a medium t-bone steak make sure it is not raw and bloody. It looks like, the chief wasnt knowing what he was doing since he couldnt provide proper cooking food as the costumer required from him. Another thing that emphasize what I mention earlier about the cook inability. I sent back my steak to be proper medium cooked I was served with well done hard meat. My potatoes were cooked hard from outside inside raw...... Anyone who is reading this I earkier podted some pictures of the qualities of the food and suddenly when I returned back they were not in my review. When I tried to add them again it says there was an error what kind of error is this. If the system is prohibiting us from expressing ourselve truly then we have to quite googke review and just keep the map.... Im wondering what is going on in here.... who is in control us or them..... thank you

today i decide to order something to pick up. I called, they put me on hold. i started heading to the place. i stepped into the place. 25 minutes passed and nobody pick up the phone. This lady in the front desk, Kim, told they were very busy. There were only 3 people waiting. She sent me immediately to the other cashier to place my order. No apologies no nothing. She did not care at all. Well no i think they care more for the tips, because they circle the world total and tip on my receive. I think management should work more on customer service. I give this place 4 stars because i come very often to this place, good service and food. No complaints except for today.

Love my waitress Vilma..... Thats the only time I like go and eat there...... There was one time I went with my granddaughter and I was told waiting time was 20 minutes. I was waiting 45 minutes until I walked out. My baby girl was hungry. before I left I spoke to the manager and let her have it!!!!... There was empty table dirty and she will not help to clean up..That is why you are a so call manager to help and defuse all sutuation....you suppose give your employees a helping hand.. ...but her fat ass looked at me like if I was crazy........She said we are short staff.... So dumbass call some staff to come in and work.....its not coming out your pocket

o what if I eat at a chain restaurant in NYC I absolutely LOVE this place after drinking all night. Plus, the after hour (midnight and onwards) characters (including myself) that hangout there are a HOOT. The service here is top notch and they are very accommodating with special requests, like heated syrup. It is weird that the NYC locations do not provide heated syrup without a formal request but I digress. For the most part, the restaurant and restrooms are clean. The only thing that bugs me about this location is that they do not make waffles after 10pm. I mean sometimes you want to "treat yoself" to a nice waffle loaded with strawberry syrup.

I go this location often. This time, I went with another family. We took up two booths right next to each other because we had our kids with us so we just wanted to be seated quickly. The waitress didnt acknowledge us, passed us twice and finally asked us what we would like. Her name was ANDREA. Then she brought the food, after we waited 20 minutes, but to all the ADULTS First! This being a family restaurant, the Children should be Served First. Then we were SHARING ONE SYRUP BOTTLE between two tables. We wanted a refill and she never showed up so we finally got her to bring us the Check. This was bad service and I just had to share this.

Went @ 3pm Thursday. The hostesses/ waitress & waiters was grouped in different sections of the restaurant ( by the kitchen and by the DOOR). It took them more than a few minutes to greet my party ( they had to finish their convo). when we did order our omlette did had strak inside only a fewon top. Whe. we went to the IHOP in five towns we had steak inside. They was 5 star. Then when we was ready to leave had to look around and catch eye contact with someone who looks like an important manager then he told my waitress to assist me. Other wise food was usual BUT Service could be way better.

Very unprofessional staff. Got their very early today lots of vacant table, we were guided to a table where I refused but had to wait 10 minutes for another table to our satisfaction. The staff not polite about explaining the reason why I couldnt chose our seat despite the fact almost half of the restaurant was empty. Next our order arrived only after I asked for it which was after the 2 other table next to us were served. The 2 other tabled were seated 10 to 15 minutes after us. This is very sad because this location is so convenient for my family.
