The food is fine, really nice at a great price. The customer service is incredibly subpar if you arent Indian or White. If you are not an ethnic majority the male worker may have a higher tendency to treat you like garbage. I am a Guyanese male, my culture is heavily influenced by India. My Guyanese mother came here with my white girlfriend and was mistreated by this man. He was dismissive, rude, and blatantly let her know he did not want to help her. Why should my mother leave a restaurant feeling belittled if all she wants is to buy food? I have been on here on many occassions and have witnessed this owner talking to his female hispanic staff as if they are criminals and deserve such harsh words and aggressive non verbal gestures. I am completely turned off from this restaurant because of the customer service!

I am not a vegetarian. I do not aspire to become one. But...once in a while one should experience the other side. If you decide to do so- then this place is a great place to visit. I would describe this place as Indian "street food" - freshly prepared, fried but oh-so-delicious snack foods. Resembles food that you would get from street food stalls in northern India. Different types of stuffed parathas, plenty of chaats and thaalis. They have a Mumbai sandwich that comes with fries- great lunch option. Apparently weekend buffet which sounds inviting but have not tried as of yet. They also sell freshly prepared Indian sweets- best on Long Island hands down.

always like to visit this place whenever we are in the area . been there more than a dozen times in the last 2 years and both the food and the service is consistently good . recently been refurbished and is even better than it used to be . their fresh indian sweets and savories are not to be missed

Sweets are good however the veggie dishes that are kept for pickup, they always have same options like cook can not make anything else. it will always have kadhi, chola, okra and one dal.. not so good however the ladies working there are very helpful and friendly.

Really authentic indian sweet place. The people behind the counter can be a little moody, so beware. The sweets are not extremely sugary like some other indian sweet place. Definitely try the kalakand and house special burfi.

I went there only twice as it is a bit far from my home. I just love this place. Everything I tried here is delicious especially the Aloo Sabzi and khasta kachori. It reminds me of what I used to have in my hometown in Delhi.

This place is Clean but extremely disappointing. the lady gave me the wrong items and had a bad attitude and said the guy told her the wrong items. Very bad service will never go back!!! DISAPPOINTED
