From a 7th grader: This buffet restaurant is a place to bring family and friends because of the amount of space and tables for everyone to have a seat and be comfy. This can attract a ton of people because a lot of space is good to be in so that you can enjoy the food. The first thing you see when you enter the restaurant are the 2 stachus of I think gods of a Japanese religion.There also is a fountain with different types of fishes in it, and you can make wishes and throw the coins in except for pennies because its bad for the fish. Next when you pass that,before you take a seat you need to go to the front desk and ask for seats. The adults pay $13 and the children under 10 pay $7 . As soon as you sit down the waiters come to assist you. The first thing that the waiters ask you for is the drinks you want. As soon as youre finished with that you can get up and pick the food of your choice at the buffet section. In this Japanese restaurant, I saw many different cultures and races. Theres good service and very nice and relaxing feeling as you’re eating because of the nice smell of the food that fills the room. There are many different foods to choose from, such as something that I always choose is, nice and fresh rice with chicken and broccoli. Added on to that plate I also add warm boned ribs. There is also a sushi bar with fish that makes your mouth water. Close to that, there is a soup bar with the choices of miso soup and wonton soup which is right next to the other foods. Near by is the ice cream bar, which kids enjoy the most,because of the offering of many different flavors. My favorite flavor is vanilla. Another bar close to the ice cream bar is the Fruit bar and dessert bar which is one of my favorites because all the fruit they have is really fresh and sweet and the dessert bar has warm freshly baked pastries. The service is really good because when you enter they attend you very quickly. Additionally,every time you have questions all of them will be answered quickly. The waiters all around assisting. I think this is one of the reasons it makes this restaurant successful. In my opinion I would rate this resturant a 8/10 because it’s nice but I also think they should have more food choices. As you leave there is a plate with mints which I love.

Me and my family must have visited this place once every other month for the last year and a half. We used to love the food and the service ... but I swear this place really sucks. The last few times we have been there we have been treated as if they were doing US a favor by providing us with food that we paid for. On our last and FINAL visit on my moms birthday (4/29/2015) we told them that 18 people were coming for dinner and they made such a big face. They first tried to seat us in the corner of the restaurant (which they use for storage of brooms). The floor was disgusting so we asked if we could sit somewhere else. Mind you the restaurant was completely empty at the time. They told us they couldnt seat us together because there was no space. When we explained we do not mind sitting separate, they tried to seat us at opposite ends of the restaurant. When we asked why, they explained that there were issues regarding the tip (which makes no sense). After we were seated, we were treated horribly. They threw straws at us and kept asking the children of our group how old they were (mulitiple times), so they could charge them regular price. NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN.

I got a coupon on line for 2.25. After eating and they gave me the bill they told me that they do not accept that coupon even though it was for their restaurant. They said it is just to advertise for you to come in to the restaurant. I call that misleading and false advertising. They called the police on me. When I called the bridgeport police they told the officer that I refused to pay my check. When I told the office the amount they could not believe that they could not honor the coupon and that they are being called for $2.25. If that was not enough, one of workers dog was running around in the dining area. The staff took up the dog to chain it to the chair then went back to serving people with out washing her hands. Everyone be very aware. None of the staff eat what they serve to the customers. This was not my first visit but definitely the last. I reported them to department of health.

I went there today I paid before I ate and I ordered water on the sign it says free refills I asked waitress for a refill of water she says NO! Then she stormed off so I went to the front and asked if it was possible if I could get a refill of water they said yeah u can then I said the waitress told me no and they told me her telling me no and storming off wasnt that serious I go back to my table wait 20 mins seeing everyone get refills but me and when I asked her about it again she ignores me then mid conversation about my water she walks off again then finally the ppl at the front force her to give me and my sister water and there was spit in it im not coming back your staff is horrible Ill take my money elsewhere

Aqui en briedgeport es el mejor all you can eat q existe económico y con muchisimas variedades de platos especialmente de origen asiatico mas especificamente china cantonesa y sus empleados son muy atentos y amables yo se los recomiendo amplianente pero vayan con mucha hambre ok

the food is average at best, but the worst part of my experience was that there was a dead fly in one of the trays. I let 3 different staff members know and all they said was "ok, thank you". After I told the lady that was refilling the trays she came back with a full tray and proceeded to empty the dead fly tray leftovers with the fly in it into the new pan. DISGUSTING!!!!, the health department really needs to make a visit. If you and your family do not want to have a very good chance of becoming sick, PLEASE AVOID

My husband and I love the food here. Normally, some food is questionable to me at buffets, but after many, many visits I have tried most of what they have to offer and Im happy to report that nothing hit me the wrong way. The calamari is cooked well, its not rubbery and its seasoned well. The only thing that bothers us is that the waitresses are hawks with their tips. They stare you down to see how much you put . Its uncomfortable. If that were any other place where we were "meh" about the food, we would not return.

ON 9/10/16 at around 9:30pm came in with a family of #20-adults #3-kids After a funeral & we get offered a nice size room beautiful place but it SMELLING LIKE A LITTER BOX .just like cat urn.FAMILY MEMBER WAS GETTING SICK SMELLING THE ROOM .. I DONT NO ABOUT ANYONE ELSE BUT FOR IT TO BE MY FIRST TYME I WOULDNT LET MY ANIMAL EAT THERE LET ALONE A CHILD OF MINE.. THE BOARD OF HEALTH NEEDS TO CHECK THIS RESTURANT...
