Ive been eating here on a pretty regular basis but my experience on 6/14 has me thinking I may have to find another Chinese Buffet. Granted it was a slow Tuesday night but the food was lukewarm, the cups she brought out with the tea were dripping wet, (A buffet usually has tons of dishes because of high turnover but there was a light crowd. I suspect there were some clean, dry cups somewhere.) the rap music didnt set the tone for dinner conversations, our server couldnt answer my questions about the dish selection (she directed me to someone she identified as speaking english) and she was a bit inattentive when 3 more people joined our party. I have always liked Union Buffet so I hope they get back to their former attention to detail. For now im going to take a break.

Weekend buffet is always priced as dinner. They added lobster on weekends recently but it is salty and brined and fried garbage. Lunch is the best as they open at 11am and everything is fresh. From my observation they do not replace the pans with new pans but fill with new food. I havent gotten sick just saying. Dinner is $5 more and the only things that are added is dry roast beef, dry baked salmon, and sashimi and seaweed salad at the sushi bar. When it is full and you dont get a bad look from the sushi "chef" for taking all the salmon sashimi and seaweed salad it is awesome. If you want really fresh hibachi is included in the buffet price. Put raw food on a plate and they hibachi it up for you and bring it to your table.

The food was above average... SERVICE was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! Waitresses DID NOT clear tables in timely manner! Employee in Hibachi bar was extremely rude! They OVERCHARGED us, and when I asked for it to be corrected and a receipt, waitress SCREAMED at me in a restaurant full of people! Complained to management, DID NOTHING to resolve my complaint! Called and asked to speak the OWNER to day, and spoke to a man who could only say "no English..." Overall, food was pretty good and reasonably priced (when charged the correct price according to menu) BUT I would probably NEVER go back due to the POOR service!!

I have to pick a star so they get 1 or they would get ZERO. Me and 2 coworkers went here for lunch and there was green mold growing on the food. Makes you wonder how long they keep the uneaten food at the end of the day and put it back out the next day?? When we explained the mold situation we paid for our flat sodas and left. Never Again!

I was tired and hungry. I enjoy Chinese food, but I like a buffet because I can decide how much of any one item to take. I was disappointed in the steamed rice -- it was a bit too sticky and wouldnt behave well with chopsticks. Other than that, all the food was just fine, and the service was prompt, polite, and attentive.

I go to places like this to eat a low carb meal and they delivered on that! Lots of tasty meat dishes. Not all dishes were piping hot but if you want that there was soup, plus just watch for the dishes with the steam coming off and try those for a hotter meal. The wait staff was very friendly also.

Good and clean place to eat ... The outside doesnt do a whole lot of justice for the place tho...it doesnt even look like a Chinese buffet from outside but when you go inside its definitely like woah...food was good when I went and the staff was very nice Ill definitely be back

Variety of selections including standards and veggies, variety of shellfish, variety of fish, a selection of great soups, a selection of nice sushi, a selection of deserts, lots of fruit. The crab was so good and so nicely cooked it came right out of the shell.

Food is left out till stone cold and the waiter never collected plates. Then the really laugh is the bloke said right to my face that my tip was to low and I had to leave more. (Tipped 10% I know that is low but it is a buffet and he didnt really do his job)

It all depends on the luck you have... Its a hit or miss kinda place... Sometimes you come in and the food is good and hot but sometimes its cold and not good at all... But when its good its good... For the money not a bad place

i go there often, because its cheap, its not bad, even tho its not great almost always the same food, they have sushi too but sometimes looks dry, never had crab legs or oyster etc
