This place is fithly. The seating areas smell like garbage. The staff is rude and dont care about the customers. If you get in their way they will knock you over or even spill the food they are carrying all over you. Customer Service here does not exist. Oh and be careful with your Bill. Keep a copy including the tip amount for your records because they like to charge you more then you put down. If you pay by card and give tip in cash. Make sure to right cash or $0.00 in tip section. Several people have been charged extra for tips even when you write cash. And when you confront them they dont care. They are fine with it. Happened to me once and I told them They are lucky i dont report them for credit card fraud. The only reason they are getting one star from me is because you have to pick at least one star to post. In my eyes they are a big O.

This rating is not for the service. The service was a 5. This rating is for the food and the misconception from their website. My mom and I decided to try this restaurant out since we had some great experiences with the Hibachi in Staten Island. So we arrived at 3:30 pm for lunch. The hosts informed me lunch was over and we are in the dinner hour. So I told her the website said 4pm. She just totally dismissed me and took my beverage order. So already I was a lil ticked off. So my mom and I went to go get our food. I had a lobster ball and some spare rib style pork that wasnt particularly good. I also had green beans rice and different kinds of chicken (BBQ, and Thai) which was ok. And in my opinion all there food were ok. Nothing special just ok.

Honestly Ive never had such a bad experience like I did in this buffet. As soon as my family walked in no one greeted us and then we realized it was crazy expensive and they had no food because it was mostly gone. My sister forgot to tell the waiter there were 10 of us bc my 4 year child was with my husband and revived late and they inturrupted our dinner and humiliated us in front of EVERYONE IN THE RESTAURANT and told us we forgot to pay for the child and charged us $13 and we only had water and left over food because they were going to close in a couple hours! Honestly the fact that no one apologized and my family and I didnt even finish our food because of the rude waiterS was one of the worst experiences ever!!!

All you can eat Chinese buffet with plenty of choices. The hibachi grill may be the best part about this place. The sushi is ok, though I wouldnt necessarily choose to get sushi at an all you can eat buffet. The cooked food is ok, they have some special dishes that make them stand out from the sea of Chinese buffets. These include blue crab, rock crab and a large variety of sea food. Overall this is a good place for the price ($8.99 lunch / 14.99 dinner). I would come back and get the hibachi.

Ive been to this restaurant several times and never had any issues. The food is also decent. The Problem we had today is the waiter took a cup from my table for a refill then proceeded to another table and picked up two of their cups for refills. All cups touching. This was very unsanitary. I also watched a waitress wipe down serveral chairs then the tables with the same cloths. I will not return or recommend this place

For the price that its worth, Hibachi is amazing. They have everything from Chinese food & sushi to pizza and fries. Plus ice cream, cake and a whole bunch of delicious desert items. Its an all you can eat buffet so you can get as many refills as youd like and the possibilities are endless. But believe me, youll be full after your second round. Id come here every weekend if it was close by.

used to go here most saturdays & it was heaven on earth, its all you can eat & i make sure i eat until im stuffed, this is by far one of my favorite restaurants out there. unfortunately i moved so i dont live near it anymore, but i really wanna go back. the hibachi station is absolutely perfect & this is an overall perect place to eat with many selections.

Food was ok. Waiters are rude. They were sweeping under our table while we were eating. A young woman waiter put the check on the table while we were eating. I found that EXTREMELY rude. When you go out to eat as a family you expect a friendly environment for a place like this. I wouldnt recommend anyone who doesnt have patience for rude people.

Hibachi Grill is absolutely amazing! because I see them make the food that I ordered and I see them use real white meat plus my Mom and Dad loved it too! Hibachi Grill is the best restaurant! I always want Hibachi Grill!!!!! Theres nothing wrong with Hibachi Grill!!! I will always support Hibachi Grill! The food is worth it!!!

Food was not very good. Found feathers in my fried chicken and all of the food was very bland, and dry. Only thing i enjoyed was the desert. None of the food was labeled correctly so u had to pick something and hope for the best. Felt like a huge waste of $14 since i will be eating more when i get home anyway. What a shame.

Food is made just absolutely amazing here. Love how they prepare it right in front of you and how much they enjoy making it. Also thought the volcano onion looked pretty amazing as well as the beating heart. Staff was incredible extremely nice and very attentive making sure are stay was worth our while

i go almost twice a week,, food is always amazing,, the hibachi grill table is the best the cook in charge of the grill cooks my food just the way i like it, deserts are great, i dont eat seafood but looks good,, the italian grilled chicken awesome among other dishes

i,stay with the lunch menu ,you can not go wrong 9.95 the only problem with dinner 5 lbs of crab legs every 20 minutes for 150 people If.I do not like begging for crabs. I could give the owners advice eliminate the crabs . keep the price 9.95

Key word, dry. From the sushi, to the salt and pepper shrimp, even the pineapples, all dry. The crab legs and cocktail shrimp were mushy. To be fair we went a little late so maybe that played a role but we have been to others

All the food is good except. They have lobster but theyre not consistent you may come in the afternoon to get lost in those holes but they wont have it until 2 or 3.
