I wouldve given them 0 stars if it were possible. I ate at this KFC when I was in town for a softall tournament. This was the worst KFC Ive ever been to..and even though it wont deter me from eating from other KFCs because KFC food is tasty..I would never eat at this one again...the manager on duty April 15th 2016 was extremely unprofessional complaining right in front of customers how she hasnt had a break cuz itso been so busy and one of the workers innocently said man its busy...she exploded on him right in front of customers saying I havent had a lunch or break all day so I dont want to hear it...if I were a worker there I would contacting the franchise owner and letting theme know how she treats her employees....absolutely horrible management. And on top of it all...they ran out of what I order and she didnt apologize she just said I dont have that in a very rude tone...and I got back to my hotel and realized they didnt even give me a sandwich that I ordered...Horrible service....I was less than thrilled..hopefully if you do go to this...very dirty and not clean KFC BTW I hope you will not hace that manager to deal with

FYI: if no stars was possible that would be great for this place. Absolute garbage hole. Workers with no gloves on handling food. Never saw a manager even staffed. Apparently when the cook takes a break theyre automatically out of any chicken period. Youll get sick just simply watching them serve out food... Since youll be in line for at least 1/2 hour. All I can say is whoever owns this joint should be embarrassed.

If I could rate a 0 i would. The cashier was very rude, even went to the extent of throwing ketchup on one of our trays when we asked for some. Very snotty and rude. Should not be working in customer service .
