This is the only place I know to get fried okra. Nothing in particular about 4 instead of 5 stars, only that I could not find anything to jump up and down about. One good thing though, Im picky about how restaurants upkeep their fryers. There is a lot of potential for "strategy" in how they are managed, by being careful about not contaminating the oil with foods that give their flavors to others, or, doing that on purpose (ever noticed how Long Johns fries have a nice fishy flavor?) They seem to have it under control here.

This is possibly the best take out in the area. Weve tried a lot of places in the area, and this has been the best experience. The food was cooked fresh, the servings are plentiful, they got our order correct, good customer service and it was ready in the time promised. The scallops were fantastic, as were the shrimp and chicken. The fries were great, and there are a lot leftover. We will definitely be back. Awesome!

Nice staff - 1 star.. The Fried Chicken platters and chicken wings were all overcooked and hard. The sauces were the only flavors distinguishable with the chicken. The fries were decent. The cole slaw was better than average. This is a run down little stripmall, a trip to the bathroom in the far back of the store revealed very dirty unsanitary conditions.

Best fried chicken in the area in my opinion. I get it for takeout from time to time and they always make it fresh to order. That way its still piping hot and crispy by the time I get home. Ive had their ribs and seafood as well. All were good, but definitely get the fried chicken. Pro tip: get a side order of gravy to dip your fries into.

I ordered the $5 lunch special (2 chicken tenders, fries, and a roll). The chicken was pretty good, but youd be better off buying the tenders by themselves and avoiding the lunch special - not because its not a good value, but because the fries were so soggy with grease they were inedible.

I ordered twice last week. 5 piece buffalo tenders for 9.50 both times. I called today, 5 pieces for 17. I said so the price doubled? He said "yep". If I wasnt busy at work I would run down and adjust that attitude of his.

The crab cakes were outstanding. Reasonable prices. Friendly and quick service. Kitchen area full visible and very clean. If you are looking for take out food and are tired of fast food, give them a ring.

Real Real good ribs... It a take out restaurant with just a little room to sit. The people who work there went out of their way to be helpful and nice. Wonderful food good prices large servings.
