The worst experience Ive ever had. Went there for lunch Thursday July 24th around noon; Of course its lunch time so I expect delays plus it looked like they may have been down a person. Why did I wait 30 mins and still never got my order of one wrap and a biscuit! at 12:30 I finally asked for my money back as half my lunch period was wasted and the manager never even once acknowledged that I was waiting long, when he handed me my money he couldnt even look me in the eye just handed me my money with his head down and mumbled what I would think was an apology but cant even say for sure because he was mumbling like a little kid. What kind of place is this, or better yet what kind of manager is he, I was polite and patient I never once made a fuss about how long they were taking. I came with 4 other co-workers who of course by now were half way done with their lunch sitting in the dining area. Do you think the bum even came over afterwords to say anything? of course not worse customer relations Ive ever experienced I will make sure nobody from my job of 150 employees thats only 3 mins away never go there again!!

Terrible service at this location. Drive thru orders are routinely told to park and wait 5 minutes... Which turn into 20 minutes and then you have to walk inside to get your food. This has happened to me about 5 times. Half the time they are out of whatever special is going on, so you see the TV commercial and want that specific special just to get told they are all out. This has happened to me at 3pm... Clearly they do not stock/order food correctly or are incompetent. They even run out of sauces on a consistent basis. I only buy food here because Popeyes tastes the best but this specific location needs a complete management overhaul. Top down, it needs to be addressed.

It was the worst experience Ive ever had. Brought $40 worth of chicken and sides from this place. I bit into the chicken and realized it was not done. I called and was told to bring the chicken back for a fresh batch. It took me less than 10 mins to get there and when i did, they were closed. I spoke to the same manager that took my call and she stated that the kitchen area was shut down for the night and that it would be at least a 20 - 30 minute wait for another order. Needless to say, I came home without a refund and without my food. I was told to come back the following day for my order. I will never ever go to this Popeyes again.

We ordered a lot of food from here on our way home. They forgot a few sides, and a meal. The manager said to stop by and pick it up any time, its about 30 mins from home so we dont come out often. 2-3 weeks later we stopped by and the employee scoffed and said the manager I talked to wasnt there, gave me a dirty look and said that was a long time ago. If you eat here make sure they give you what you paid for.

The food is never cooked, as in there is always a wait. I have been here on multiple occasions and everytime I have to wait and then Im told three mins and I have been waiting for now fifteen minutes and still no food. What kind of fast food is this. Straight ridiculous

This is my go-to fried chicken place. I always get the spicy. They are the most consistent so far, and you know how important that is with fried foods! Manager seems customer-oriented too.
