Just ordered online, went to pickup food and received the worst customer treatment ever in my last 35 years in this country. Pauline was assisting me, when she brought my order online, she was unable to pronounce my name, she did not ever try, she just said "whatever". i was shocked as this person just called me "whatever". I asked for my credit card back as i dont want to give business to someone who has no manners. I told Pauline that atleast you could have asked me to pronounce my name instead of calling me "whatever". She then tried pronouncing the name, she did good and i told her that wasnt too hard was it. She then told me what now I was being a wise. Pauline just doesnt get it, parent put lots of effort in naming their children and we have people from all part of the world and i think she herself his Egyptian. She has no manners, she should not be in customer facing position. I will never ever go to this place and for those with foreign or difficult names, do not go near Pauline as she will call you "Whatever". Shame on you Pauline.

The lady i spoke to on the phone with an indian/arabian accent is not a trained customer service person at all.She was and impatient and i can imagine that she was probably rolling her eyes at the other end of the line as i made enquiries about their offerings..When i got to the restaurant to pick the order(didnt know it was buffet) it wasnt ready.The clerks i spoke to were looking at me as if i was speaking greek.i had to explain to them that i had made an order on the phone and even describe the person i spoke to.The lady i spoke to whom i think is the manager ,should have told me that i could come down and pick what i want nicely(like i said earlier,she was impatient), instead of trying to make it look like they had some kind of super delivery service( which by the way, they didnt live up to) .I was really disappointed with the customer service and whoever the owner is needs some new hands ie if it isnt Ms Pauline lol!The food was ok .This was the first time i was trying it .i would give it a 6/10.

I order two chickens Uncut Togo. The guy behind the line was rude as he told the server, theres was none. Like seriously, Boston chicken, gad no chicken ready. The cashier didnt even think of offering cut pieces. Until I said something. Hiwver, the guy behind the line kept saying no!!! If it wasnt for the cashier (Asian woman) a very nice lady. Who actually told him to prepare 2 cut chickens. The service level of this guy behind the line, along with the server, was outregeous, both of them lack common sense, and the obvious poor customer service.

I LOVE THIS LOCATION! I am a regular because I work right next door at the Pearle Vision. ALWAYS the kindest staff and they always try and help out with special coupon offers! The food is delicious and it helps that theyve remembered me from coming in so much! Theyve pretty much memorized my regular order! LOL I would certainly recommend this location to ANYONE! And Ive even sent patients of ours from Pearle Vision over when I hear them talking about where they should go for some lunch!! I have never had a bad experience here! KEEP IT UP GUYS! :)

The food here was absolutely delicious and the woman in charge of catering was very sweet. What I liked especially about the food was that it wasnt so salty tasting, unlike shoprites catering. Were definitely going to be ordering from them again!

The taste and temperature of the food are acceptable, but with the air conditioning on full blast this restaurant feels very cold, much like the customer service.
