Ive been to this location several times and generally the food is always fine. The downsides however, is that the staff at this location always seem to be slower than most, hence why the lines, which are generally long at any chipotle, go even slower. Now normally I dont mind it, but tonight I went there and was greated with the worst service yet. I walked in with my mother, and its roughly around 7 pm so this location still has about 3 hours till closing, so its not like we walked in last minute. We got on line and nothing in the bar was restocked. The servers were extremely irritable to begin with, and me and my mother both asked for the grilled peppers and onions on our bowls. There was none left in the container, so instead of reaching for a new container, one that I could see wrapped behind the server, she grabs what scraps are in it and places it on my mothers bowl, than realizes there are none left for mine and proceeds to take some off my mothers and places it onto mine. The same thing happened to my bowl when I asked for the shredded beef, there was nothing left besides liquid in the container and she fished barley anything out, then put it on it my bowl when I asked for double beef, which I also didnt receive. When I corrected to staff, nicely at first because I respect food service workers, but I wont pay for something Im not satisfied with, I was greated with a stupid smile and she just passed the bowl down and moved to the next customer. The next server also proceed to not listen to my mother or I, but at least corrected her mistakes. To say the least I will no longer be going to this location. Extremly dissatisfied.

Ive been to other Chipotles and loved the food, this is not your regular Chipotle. The store recently opened, so the inside should be brand new, but the tables are scratched, the floor is dirty, and the kitchen looks like it hasnt been cleaned since it the store opened. The first person who put the rice and beans on, did a decent job of getting them somewhat even. The next station, that person put the guac on half, salsa on the other half, then took about 45 seconds to figure out how to roll it. It came out looking more like a ball than a burrito. The other Chipotles have huge burritos that are just massively round but still have length, my burrito, even though it was a round ball, wasnt necessarily big, they really skimped out on the contents. Then I have to wait for the girl to finish giggling with one of the guys that worked there so she could ring me up, so I had time to see the kitchen behind the counter and watch other employees putting burritos in bags at a snail like pace and see pots on the floor, tongs, all that good stuff. This place really needs to get a new staff, and better oversight.

Great food just like all the other Chipotle restaurants. As this is a chain its best to talk about this location specifically. It usually is pretty busy during lunch and dinner hours so you should expect a small wait. The food has always been fresh and hot. I did have a small issue with chips being stale one time, but that appears to be an exception not the rule. Seating is pretty good at this location as there is a combination of indoor and outdoor places to eat. All and all, it seems well run and has good food.

I love chipotle but this chipotle horrible nasty disgusting a disgrace to the nAme. For a place to be first open it's a shame the food is here is horrible it's always cold and soggy they never give u enough unlike other chipotles and the kids that work there are just plain rude. Deer park and other chipotles r so much better this one just needs to just close down quickly!

Typical Chipotle, fresh food, taste great a bit pricey. My only warning is that is is best to order and watch them prepare and take home rather than to not order online then pick up . . . my online order had me believing there was a lettuce shortage, only 2 strips/peices on my tacos. You pay enough to have enough of whatever you order on you taco or burrito,

I like the food here but does it bother anyone else that you get different quantities each time? One day you get a normal portion and the next time you get two pieces of chicken. When you ask for a little more they say "double meat?" no no just want the normal amount I am paying for. Depends on the day and person- I feel the meat should be weighed.

Ugh really dont have to say much, I mean.. its Chipotle! Everyone is raving about and loving chipotle. I always order a burrito bowl and I love how you get to cusomize the order. It is shockingly good every time. Im so lucky to have one so nearby because they are kind of hard to find. At least over here.

EXCELLENT customer service!!! I go here for lunch 2-3 times a week. You just have to make sure to come after 1 or the line will be crazy. Even then the staff get your order done VERY quickly and they are all very respectful and polite. LOVE Chipotle!!

Chipotle efficiently serves clean, tasty food at acceptable prices. I wont lie - I enjoy the food up at Salsa Salsa in Smithtown more, and its roughly $4 cheaper per person up there. But Chipotle has its place and Im glad they came to town.

Chipotle just feels like a cold sterile hospital cafeteria. Go to Moes instead. Theyve got twice the food/topping choices, at a lower price, and FREE CHIPS and SALSA!! Just say NO to Chipotle!!

Food is great. Fresh ingredients. Only thing is the rice tends to be a little overcooked. Great food brings long lines, so you can expect to wait. Staff is friendly. Clean eating area.
