Went here Superbowl Sunday because the Windjammer was closed. Ordered a chicken burrito with sour cream, and a side of tortilla chips and salsa. The counter person put a plate down with a small salsa cup and a PLASTIC BAGGIE filled with the tortilla chips. Huh? I questioned her on this to which she replied "we make them fresh every day then bag them up". Oh really...If thats the case, why were they so stale? Why present your food ,...in a Ziploc plastic bag on a plastic plate? How tacky, unappetizing, and unprofessional can you get! Then there was there burrito. Huge, dry, and skimpy on the sour cream. I requested an extra container of sour cream and was given the equivalent of only a couple of tablespoons of it. Really unimpressed. Snotty employees. Will never go back. Head to Chipotle instead.

No Bueno I’ve tried Bueno Y Sano three different times since they opened in the Blue Mall on Dorset Street all with the same disappointing results. Each time I ordered a chicken taco on corn tortilla and 2 beef tacos on flour tortilla. Both were to be dressed with their hot salsa and sour cream. They consistently left off the sour cream on all and only the chicken taco had the hot salsa on it. Also it took like 15-ish minutes to receive the order. Finally when the steak taco was made it was cut in half and called two separate tacos. At $15.00 it isn’t inexpensive to eat here. About the only saving grace was the corn salsa on the salsa bar. It was fiery spicy and delicious. I left here disappointed.

My job is 100% travel, so finding a spot like this while on the road hopping hotel to hotel mon-fri is a blessing. Friendly staff w/ great recommendations on what to try is so nice when you dont know the menu. Add in some really good food and quick service and you have 5 stars in my book. Chicken burrito bowl, 2 pork tacos, and fresh chips w/ fresh guac has me feeling good and healthy. Ill be back next time Im up to VT for work, no doubt.

I guess I went in with high expectations, didnt read any reviews or anything. Headed in on a Saturday evening after hockey with my wife and I wasnt impressed with the cleanliness. The place has food for about the same price as moes, I dislike how you have to pay for chips, its even worse that once you get chips, you just get a small Ziploc baggie. and have to pay extra for salsa. also if you tell me my order is number 19, why not just call out 19 when its ready? instead they call out what it is and some other person tries to grab it thinking it is theirs.

I honestly was not impressed. They where out of chips when I went there. The chicken was over salted to my taste. I am not saying it was necessarily dirty in there but it didnt feel bright, inviting, or friendly. I think i might have went in with too high of expectations. I personally dont think it stands up to the competition in the fast burrito realm.

This is the second time on a Sunday that I have gone out of my way to go get Bueno and have found the business closed significantly earlier than advertised both on the door and on Google. Today I was so sick and frustrated by this. I find it to be very poor business to consistently close early for no reason. I will not eat here again.

We always enjoy our experience here. The staff is usually very friendly and accommodating. The food tastes like my Dads or my Grandmas from Puerto Rico. It is not uncommon for me to tear up because its so good it brings be back to great taste memories. Reasonable and delicious.

They customized my chicken quesadilla (with spinach, mushrooms, and no beans or rice). It was oozing and delicious. My only complaint was that the plate was way too small - had to eat it as finger food (see: oozing). Sunday afternoon, laid back crowd, enjoyed it.
