Extremely disappointed. Havent been there in a couple of years, so we decided to order take out from an old menu. We figured prices would go up, but not close to doubling!! When we called in the order they asked if we wanted chips and salsa. We figured they were free if they were asking if we wanted them, nope they charged us - and the chips tasted stale. The refried beans were pureed like baby food and the rice was dry. The chili relleno was pathetic and not worth 13.16. The guacamole definitely not worth 6.58, it wasnt even fresh. I could go on, but will suffice it to say that I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone. What a shame to see a good restaurant go downhill like this.

I stopped in for a small lunch and was delighted by the choices . I found that I could get a steak enchilada and a seafood enchilada without beans and rice. Not that I dont like beans and rice but they have too many carbs for me. The service was pleasant and on point and my water glass was repeatedly filled. The enchiladas were hot and very fresh and tasty.It was very nice to get a lunch for under $10.00 that was quality and didnt leave me with a stuffed or uncomfortable feeling

I was station in California and Texas in the military and the food served in this restaurant doesnt even come close to Mexican food , I had my wife pick me up a burrito one day and it was awful, just ground beef inside, Taco Bell has better food. Its much better Mexican restaurants in the area than this place, try them first. If the owner wants to reply, I welcome it

Five guests had food poisoning, called to get money back and they avoided my calls after hanging up, finally went in and owner laughed in our faces. Got our money back finally and health services was called. Used to be my favorite restaurant but Im disgusted with the service.

Yes, yes and yes! Love the food, service and relaxed atmosphere of Dos Amigos. Their fresh salsa and chips are outstanding. I personally love the tacos (both chicken and beef), and my husband is a fan of the grande steak quesadilla. The strawberry margaritas are great, too!

From the outside the place looks like a dive, but inside its quite nice. The food was fantastic although a little pricey (3 people main course only and no alcohol $50). I will definitely be going back. If you are in the area and like Mexican food definitely check it out.

Dos Amigos has the best Mexican food around. They just went up in price so their food isnt the cheapest, but their food is definitely top quality. Their drinks are also very good and they have a bar that has great atmosphere. The staff are friendly too!

Great Rita with a Float. The best barkeep you could have. The salsa and chips were good. The chicken and steak fajitas were very good. Guac was spot on and the side of queso was huge. The ambiance is nice and the staff is very warm and friendly.

I have been twice to this place and both times the service was sub par to say the least. I actually walked last time, due to sitting in a both for close to 20mins without service. I had to pull someone over to grab a waiter, they never came..

Love their salsa, love their REAL mexican food, not crap Tex-Mex! Pollo Ranchero and Suprema Burritos are the best, husband loves the shrimp dish, cant remember the name. Veggie burrito is good too, the veggies are crisp not all mushy.

I didnt know what a half carafe was of margarita for $10 so i got it. was not disappointed. 1liter of margarita. Had the quesadilla with guac, was so tasty and filling for a great price

Great place to hang out with friends. Its even better that you can be the DJ with the touchtunes box. The staff is friendly and the food is always good. It is a little pricey though.

Service is good, food is good, great for drinks. Chill place to hang it out. Ate a bundle of tacos. Meat was moist and came quickly. Highly recommended to finish a long hard day.

The tequila selection is the best in CT. Watch out for the homemade margaritas too; theyre deadly! Thew food is always fresh, and very tasty!
