I was super excited to see that this location was coming to Central Avenue because it had a drive thru. Normally, I would have to drive further down central avenue or go to the Hartsdale train station. HOWEVER, the AM staff at this location is terribly inefficient!! They are slow in the store and at the drive thru. I have gone inside, ordered and stood around as the only customer with three workers behind the counter and still I had to wait for my coffee or my sandwich!! Dont they wonder why the only customer is still standing there? I had to finally ask if my stuff was ready. Its as if the staff is trained to do only one duty and they dont veer from that. Terrible service in the morning! It is much more efficient at the other locations.

This one has a drive-thu option, which is nice when Im in a rush. The inside isnt that cozy, compared to other starbucks. The staff also seems a bit aloof sometimes. But other times, they are on point.

Brand new Starbucks, the staff is nice enough but they definitely dont have the drive thru process down yet. Expect long waits, youre better off parking and going in.
