Standard Starbucks only with trouble parking outside. White plains is busy and has strict meter rules. You are almost guaranteed to park 10 minutes away or get a parking ticket. More of a problem with the city of White Plains, but an issue coming here none the less. They are relentless for parking tickets. White Plains overall is a terrible city for people who own vehicles.

Very busy location. Staff usually friendly and service is good. While the surrounding area can get sketchy at times, the staff here keeps the place looking good. I get coffee here 5-6 times/week and the staff tries hard to be pleasant to everyone -- even when the customers get rude (or crazy)

Not the best Starbucks, but employees are friendly. Have to park in the City Center if youre driving (unless youre lucky to find a spot on the street). Theres very limited seating indoors at this location, but outside by the fountains is great if the weather is nice.

Great service and the best coffee anywhere!. But can never sit down.Too many non paying people occupy the small amount of seating. Paying customers like myself forced to sit outside on public benches. This needs to stop!

Best Starbucks around. They make a hell of a cup of coffee. Staff is always friendly and there is and older gentleman barista at night that makes a better cup than anyone else!

Relatively new staff member is very irresponsible and constantly forgets and makes constant mistakes on drink orders, while other staff are friendly and hospitable.

A bit cramped, but fairly standard as most Starbucks go. Warm with nice coffee smells. The seating area had some used napkins scattered around.

Starbucks is Starbucks, but this particular location has a beautiful view of colorful waterfalls. It gets even nicer at night.
