WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!...my wife and I sat for 15 mins by the front door ( you think you will get more help bc your 2 feet from 6 hostess talking to each other) not a soul came and helped us. I went back up to one of the hostess that sat us and told her "we did get helped yet" and she said " she didnt help you yet? ...I told her no..so she gave us drinks and put the order in for mix drinks then another 15 mins went by with no drinks, Food , or waitress...The manager tried to get us to stay and offer to help with the bill...Im like first its not about the money...its about the service...Im coming there to spend money...and we are both hungry so what am I supposed to do wait another 15 mins for food and drinks. I am like even as we speak there is still no one to be found and is almost 5pm and we came at 4:15pm. i can understand if your busy but you have 6 hostess at the front door look at me begging me to stay..two maybe seating people and the other three holding doors??? it doesnt make sense.

Service was horrible , our table was never looked after and both baby back rib orders were burnt. Our waiter Dave was more interested in the bar entertainment then looking after our table. - After calling tgif and telling of this experience, they have me a 30.00 guest gift card. After spending over 60.00 for the entire meal. After using these gift cards at another Fridays location, as I will never step foot in the famingville location. This will be my last time ever going to Fridays. Fridays has declined in their food over the past few years. By the way, the waiter Dave had a beard so if you get him... Lots of luck.

Sunday Afternoon - not too crowded - service sucked!!!! 1 Bartender behind the bar, and we waited 45 minutes to not even be asked if we wanted to order. Finally, my Date opened his mouth and asked to order wings. Wings came to us in a timely manner, but yet they were lukewarm... No napkins were given when our wings arrived, we had to ask for napkins!!! No salt and pepper, no silverware..And why should I be told what is a proper amount to tip? Tip will be based on the quality of service and the service was definitely not up to par!!!! And for what it costs to drink and eat here, the service should be OUTSTANDING!!!

Terrible service. Waitress was rude. Never asked us for refills. We literally sat there for a good 45 mins before she came around. Mind you the place was dead, servers hanging around doing nothing. She was too busy socializing with her "friends" near the computer/doors to the kitchen. Never asked us how we were, when she first took our order. Literally just put the bill on the table and walked away. Never said have a good night, just took the money and that was that. I will never be coming back to this establishment again.

The server was unprofessional and creepy, she accessed my personal account on facebook from the name on my credit card then I figured her name was Taylor. She messaged me right away and said that she would smoke and make love with me if I wanted. Another time I went there I saw the same waitress smoking pot in her car. It was not a great experience, especially for a family friendly environment. My friends and I wont go there anymore.

The portions were too small, I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and while the burger was pretty good, there were hardly any fries. The food was also a little bit more expensive than your usual dine in restaurant. The ambience was nice though, and our server Andrew was really nice as well, and the food was yummy but like I said there wasnt enough of it. I wouldnt go there again because I like to get the most for my money.

Manager was rude!!!..came in at 12:50am was told that they were closed...I said that the website stated they close at 1:30am she said she didnt care what the website said...I travel across country with my job and frequent tgi Fridays...in fact I get free food on a regular because of all the stripes I accrue...this was the worst experience Ive ever had at a Fridays...and I WILL be reporting them to corporate!!!

I ordered online and picked it up. it was very busy as expected since it was Friday night, and the order took a little longer but worth the wait. The JD chicken strips were excellent.. still crunchy and a lot of flavor and the mozzarella sticks were just as good. The JD burger was good and I do recommend this Fridays, you will always be satisfied .

Our visits to TGI in Farmingville N.Y . are always very enjoyable . The Food is always gets to the table at the perfect time while it is still at the right temperature and delicious. The staff is always friendly and attentive and for that reason I am giving it outstanding service .well done .

One of my favorites here. Spent many years here as a manager and still frequent this place. Friends still enjoy working here. It looks great since the remodel and Its mice to see it still thriving. Craig is the best manager there. He makes sure all his guests and his employers are taken care of!

Late night trip to TGI Fridays. The staff was very friendly and helpful and was easy to work with when we found out we could be served in the couch seating area. Our waiter was prompt and made sure our drinks were always full and if we wanted more food it was served (endless apps)!

the food is really good, great selections of hot sauces which is unique. The only downside is, if there is a football game, no one is going to leave their table until the game is over, so you wont get a seat. How does this place stay in business if there is no flow of customers?!

Food is great for fast food but staff managing sitting arrangements are really bad 3 guys talking and nor calling people waiting. Empty tables and cleaned for over 20 min. They hadnt noticed REALLY wheres management. They keep this up and they will have a riot in their hands.

Food are expensive for a sit down fast food restaurant...The steak and Shrimp cost $27.99. 5pcs of over cook Shrimps with a low quality beef call a rib eye steak...Not recommend.

Cant go wrong with any Jack Daniels options. Very fast service, they use tablets to take your order and that helps with getting your food quick not to mention your drinks
