The food, scenery, and location is great overall. But customer service is horrible. I have ordered my food there numerous times considering this Wood N Tap in this location is closest, and each time my order is messed up. I ask for no cheese on my burger, they give me cheese. I ask for no cheese with bacon and lettuce, no cheese but no bacon. The waiters/waitresses are very slow, considering it may be live but not busy often there in the day time. I asked for my appetizers to come out before my actual meal, they give us our meal before our appetizers. Once, the waiter changed us extra for an appetizer we canceled. She claimed WE were wrong and she was COMPLETELY RIGHT. Incredibly rude considering lots of restaurants imply the "customers are always right". If youre looking for a nice place and good food, come here. But youll expect horrible/slow customer service.

I had the bourbon steak. Amazing taste and tenderness. Cooked perfectly to order. Sweet potato fries were delicious too. Great and accommodating staff. Nice gentle breeze on the porch overlooking the lake. Friend had the hickory burger with egg and loved it, cooked perfectly too. Great range of food options and and prices. Here for work. Will definitely come here again!

One of my favorite places to stop for a great meal. Love sitting out on the deck in back that overlooks a pond. The indoor seating is comfortable and pleasant. Plus the food is always great! I have my favorites, especially the Bison Burger, but anything I have ever eaten there is worth it. Their points program is helpful too since I go there regularly.

The atmosphere and decor is pretty nice, almost like a relaxing setting. I ordered a rare cooked NY Steak, it was a little tougher than expected, but otherwise, juicy and tasty. The bathroom is small, the sink is 2 feet from the urinals, and theres no mirror so I cant check how I look xD. Otherwise, no complaints.

We stayed at this beautiful boutique palace hotel 24-30 of December 2016. Our initial room was on a lower level with only 1 room on that floor, which we didnt like and finally were offered a top floor small suite for an additional 1000 Euro / night that had a beautiful view, but wasnt worth the premium

First time here and was passing through after doing an Easter Egg Hunt. It is a nice establishment with great food at a great price. They have a bar and feature inside and outside seating. It was a beautiful day out so we ate outside and had no problems. We got to stare across at the lake below us.

the Happy Hour is great. A bunch of good apps for $6, martini, drink and wine specials and attentive staff. The atmosphere in the bar area is great with raised booths and tables, and plenty of TVs but they dont dominate the space. consistently good - we are never disappointed and go often.

Arrived Friday night and went to sit out on the deck but got no service. Went inside to the bar. The bartender Kristen was a mighty mouse, quick and attentive. Food was very good. Went back for lunch on Saturday, Matt gave excellent service at the bar also and food was great again.

Good food. Service is hit or miss. Love the steak salad. Burgers are good too. Wish the parking was better. Limited parking especially during primetime. Fridays and Saturdays you may have to park alongside the road and walk a few dozen yards though the mud. No sidewalks.

Had an excellent dinner at wood-n-tap! Was extremely hesitant because the parking lot always seems full and I figured it would be packed but no! Food was delicious. Dessert was excellent. Service was perfect and the place wasnt packed.

The service was impeccable even though there were a half a dozen larger graduation parties seated. My bison burger was absolutely delicious and they actually used fresh fruit, not frozen like some places, in there sangria.

Food and service at this location was not great. Menu never changes, which is just boring. Id rather eat at a locally owned restaurant than a chain bar. Havent been in over a year, even though its in walking distance.

Bartender needs to get better training. They offer free shots to few customers, some bartenders drink for free. The music is so laud bartender can not even listen. I have got some many times my dinner wrong.

Great burgers but surprisingly one of the best steaks Ive tried in awhile. Try the bourbon sirloin. Parking is a bit of a pain but they have valet service. A burger joint with valet service..lol.

This is a family favorite. The bar bites, ribs, flatbreads and salads (!) are highly recommended. The menu hasnt changed in quite awhile but they must think why change a good thing?
