EVERYTHING was delicious and the service was excellent. We just missed Saturday brunch, but the disappointment was quickly erased as soon as the food started arriving. We tried the BBQ shrimp and grits appetizer, the flight of bacon (pastrami, roasted garlic and peppercorn, and Franks Red Hot). The buttermilk chicken sliders were served on the same amazing herbed biscuits that come with the biscuits and gravy. The lobster grilled cheese was very good - toasty and flavorful. The peach sangria and the sparkling blood orange cocktail were very refreshing! It was worth the 35 minute drive.

I was the only one in the place for the first hour. Good craft beer selection and amazing cocktail options, including barrel aged cocktails with a delicious oak flavor. Thursday is taco day, and the smoked pork belly taco was just spicy enough and to die for. I also had the smoked quinoa burger with truffle duck fat parmesan fries - - so good! I cant wait to come back here with my husband! Oooh, and they have bacon flights! You can get just a bacon flight or pair the bacon with beer. Great place and super cozy.

Meat lovers will appreciate the bacon tasting flights, with varieties of thick, flavored bacons paired with craft beers. They cure their own meats (thus the name of the restaurant), with flavors that include honey applewood, pastrami, roasted garlic & black peppercorn, kimchi, Franks redhot, and honey jalepeno. The craft beer selection includes solid (if not too adventurous) selections from Connecticut and regional breweries, and the bar offers some unique in-house mixed drinks created from their own recipes.

We had our friends surprise engagement party here. A party of more than 12 can be hard for any restaurant to manage, but we had 23 and we had a wonderful time! The staff was friendly and super accommodating, the food was fantastic and seating was roomy so we didnt feel like we were crammed in. I would recommend this place to anyone who is having brunch with a few close friends or the whole fam-damily. Also, do yourself a flavor and order the spicy southerner. No, flavor was not a typo.

Loved this place in 2016. We ordered duck pastrami sandwiches today,knowing it was on the brunch menu we thought it was a sure bet. Some of the meat which i expected was so tender then others were very chewy. Disapointing! Out of curiosity we ordered jello shot for dessert. The flavor was wonderful but the texture was very rubbery. The staff was wonderfull as usual and the atmosphere was very relaxing. We will try one more time before bragging anymore to our friends about this place.

We visited for the first time for a birthday dinner and loved it. Nice atmosphere inside, plenty of waitstaff and attentive service. The menu has a nice mix of items with salads, sandwiches and plates with a lot of unique items. We were there for Smokin Tuesday and had smoked wings, beef brisket and spinach smoked salad with smoked croutons - delicious! And the mac and cheese with bacon, pearl onions, etc. was the best ever, hands down.

Its a very unique atmosphere. For such a small dining room and seeing so many staff members, it was odd that no one was really attentive to us. It took a long time for our order to be taken. The food is very expensive for the portion size and for the blandness. Its a cool idea for a restaurant but I feel like the are trying too hard to be unique and not focusing on the service or taste.

Really bad. My third time here. First time was "ok". The second time was better, but $13.00 for a VERY thin BLT is crazy. Tonight, came in hoping for a couple of good drinks, and a quick meal. Hands down THE WORST Moscow Mule Ive ever had. Our dinner portions were extreamly small, and although our server was very sweet, the bar tender didnt seem to care that her drinks were subpar.

Maybe this place is popular for their beer, but I dont drink beer so I ordered food and some other blueberry alcoholic beverage that was disgusting. I also ordered some bbq shrimp with grits. The shrimp were amazing but the grits tasted like lumpy cream. Idk, maybe I would have to grow up near a Cure restaurant to fully understand or appreciate their combinations of food.

Just had our second fantastic experience. First time found service by Nikki Simches so good we decided to stay for dinner and thoroughly enjoyed it at the bar. Today we were looking for a good Sunday brunch and were once again wowed by the service and delicious food, as well as Nikkis signature bloody marys. If you havent checked out Cure, we highly recommend it.

Overall fairly disappointed. Went here hoping that the old Georges had turned into something different. The food was so so for flavor and was kinda dry. I had the duck stew and despite being in a stew the duck still managed to be dry and overcooked. Wine selection is okay but overpriced for Unionville.

Curr has amazing food and a ton of beers on tap. Start your night off with a house cured bacon and beer flight. They have specials all the time and their menu is refreshed often (I think seasonally). Ive been there a clue times now and have always had amazing food and good service.

Great concept. Good execution. We had a great time trying this place out with some friends for the first time. Had a short wait for a table. Food came out on time and was as described. Great quality, decent portions. Drinks are a highlight here. Bar staff is very knowledgeable.

Spectacular! Setting, Service and Food!!! Food is PHENOMENAL! Quiet dining atmosphere. Truly Lovely. I did not visit the bar, so I can not speak to that. However, you do not hear a single sound from bar area while enjoying the lovely ambience of your dining experience.

Drink selection is unique. Cozy inside atmosphere. Food options limited, taco night is excellent on Thursday. They have meat tacos and vegan friendly options as well.
