Everything from the outside to the inside of the restaurant is falling apart. The hallway is lopsided, the bathroom is rusting and the staff is less than informative. We waited a bit for our last plate to get to the table, no big deal it happens. However, the hard part is, getting your server to get your check(s). Youre in for a treat, a long wait for a treat (your check to actually arrive sometime this year), but a treat nonetheless. Dont you dare ask to separate your checks, or talk to the manager... The servers will stand at the server station (which is IN CLEAR VIEW of your table) and make faces and clearly talk s*** about your table. Or talk about it in the kitchen loudly for you to hear as youre going to take a piss. SUPER COMFORTABLE! And guess what? The manager is just as accommodating. And by accommodating, I mean, not accommodating at all. In the midst of the hullabaloo with my table-mates, I happened to zone out, because I felt super uncomfortable, after waiting for my check with three customers and my 17% gratuity which is all my server got because I usually give 20%. I noticed the ceiling is probably going to cave in on the place soon... Thats regardless though... We decided it wasnt worth an argument over a $5.99 kids meal, or another trip to this restaurant that hopefully looks better after dark... 10/10 would recommend not getting the chicken alfredo because its underwhelming, and I dont know how much more underwhelming chicken alfredo can get... Because it is chicken alfredo... Its chicken, noodles and alfredo sauce for Christs sake. But, nonetheless, this was probably my least favorite of all the alfredos Ive ever eaten. Also 10/10 would recommend saving your time and money and eating at home.

You can get some of anything in this place and damn they make it good af. French onion soup is one you think come from paris. If you never been here you never lived fam. Get yo a** in this b**** and get some dinner.

My coworkers and I go here about 3 times a month during our lunch hour--have been during it for years, as the head waitress, Ann (who is phenomenal) can get our drinks, orders and food go us in record time. The menu has some new items, but the burgers are always great! This restaurant is child-friendly too.

This ground round is great for casual meals. Kids are welcome and they accommodate large groups. The food is reasonable priced the drinks are as well. There is not usually a wait . The service is fast and friendly. I go here at least twice a month to meet up with my friends .

The food is horrible it is is one of the worst places I have ever eaten in my life. Full of grease uncooked food. they really should close the place down. They actually charge money for this stuff.OMG DONT eat there! McDonalds would be a better choice

Havent seen a ground round in over 15 years. Went to Brookhaven location and got grilled cheese bacon tomato and my girlfriend had a salad. Both meals were amazing and the service was excellent yes. Will definitely be coming back

The food and service is to unpredictable, I really want to love it but every other time I go it sucks and the portions are tiny. Some times I go and service and food are great, its like roulette!

One of the last Ground Rounds around - for now. Fish & chips are over-fried, tasteless batter. Wine vinegar is NOT malt vinegar, learn the menu and understand what you are serving.
