HORRIBLE decision to go to Rileys !! After going with my friend on Thursday night, not only did I end up with a stomach ache from dinner,Saturday morning I realized I didnt get my credit card back after signing for it. When I called this Saturday morning ,a day and a half later,I was put on the phone with an incredibly rude female manager . When I politely asked if they had my credit card? I gave them my name and the description of my card. She said they probably destroyed it!! when I asked why they would destroy it?? And if she remembered destroying it or not? She was very rude, loud, argumentative, and elusive and would not tell me.. saying she couldnt remember if she did or not.. Even though we had closed the place on Thursday and it was Saturday morning.. I mean come on, how many credit cards do you destroy in one night??! Even after she told me she was the person that handled those types of things in the office. When I asked why would you destroy it? She rudely answered well what would you like me to do with it!?? I said I thought you would hold it for at least a few days.. I said I worked in the bar industry and we have never destroyed a credit card when someone leaves it there?? Then she replied rudely again and raising her voice its not my fault you left your credit card somewhere!.. I gave her a few choice words and hung up on IT...I will never dine there again !!Rileys sucks!!!# ..BEWARE...dont forget your property...or Rielys will destroy it!!!..NOT JUST RETURN IT...I didnt want to go there in the first place and gave it one last chance. HORRIBLE decision to go to Rileys!

Upon our arrival we were told it would be about 15 minutes for a table for 6. We were finally seated 45 minutes later. The entrees were quite pricey given the portion size. Took forever for the food to come. Ordered the marinated chicken breast, served cold. Waitress apologized and said shed have them make another. She never took my plate, returned 10 minutes later with a chicken breast on a small plate. The whole dinner was cold, I dont understand why she would not have taken the whole plate back to the kitchen to begin with. At that point I told her to forget it since everyone was done eating except for one other person in out party that ordered a piece of bread with some dry Cole slaw on it with a side of cold French fries. If you decide to dine here, turn around at the door and cross the street to Arribas Tortilla for some great food and drink. Wont be returning to Riley St Station.

Visited here last night. While the food and drinks were good, our waitress was incredibly rude, from the start. She handed us our menus and told us to hurry up and order because the kitchen was "pretty much staying open for us". We ordered wings to keep it easy, knowing that it was late. After she brought them out, we had each had one or two wings, she came back and asked if we wanted a box. We told her we were still eating. Five minutes go by and shes back again. So we agreed to the box and assumed the restaurant was closing, since it was 1030. She brought us the check then told us to "hurry up and pay because they were closing". So we did. But when we walked through the patio, the bar was open and busy and the front patio was also full. I asked the bartender how long they were open and was told until at least 1. Awful service.

what a joke!!! the bartender was extremely rude. When we went to pay we were told they dont take credit cards, this was right after our friends used theirs. we where then told all kinds of different rules regarding credit card use: first we had to be eating dinner, when we told her we did eat dinner she said ooh when then we still cant because its after 10 pm. either way she was trying to get us to use the ATM so they could make an extra 2 bucks on the fee. By the way we were there with 30 people. Way to pinch that penny and loose some customers I will not be back.

It can be a little pricey when ordering fries onion rings & drinks etc.The dinner menu was average price. My fish tacos which were considered appetizers were excellent & with a cup of soup was a perfect size "dinner" for me.My husband had beef on weck which got a thumbs up I had a cup of mushroom soup that was hot creamy rich & loaded with mushrooms. Husband had Cajun potato soup which he ate every drop. The service was good.The beer on tap could have been colder

It is a nice atmosphere but the drinks are not so good, per experience.. when you order a tall glass it should be filled with ice and a double of which ever liquor you choose not taste just like the juice or pop you pick and barely any ice or garnishment. Very disappointed for the price of the drinks. The best part of my night here was the entertainment provided by Wasted Whisky

Bar service was terrible. I ordered a PLAIN cheeseburger. Stressed nothing on it but the cheese. Came out not only fully dressed but burnt as well. Husband ordered nachos which arrived with the melted cheese fully hardened. New bartender at change of shift was no better than the first one. Sad when Pizza Hut would have been a much better choice for lunch!

My husbands burger was as ordered he did not like the french fries, I ordered the Pasta w Chicken for $21 and received a large bowl of pasta with chicken a few artichoke hearts and maybe 3 mushrooms and a very mild sauce no salad or even bread I cannot believe there was no salad - we will not go back

Poor quality food, high price in comparison to other local values and gems. Burger meat and steak is frozen, not fresh. Salad greens werent fresh, french onion soup sucked (cheap cheese), and the atmosphere, though improved by a remodel in the dining area, was not improved by the lack of options on the menu.

Nice atmosphere, Lackadaisical Service, pricey drinks & food, food was horrible- misrepresented on menu, came out with cold fries, hard undercooked veggies & meat, very disappointed! No one at our table of 6 will return! If you have to eat here, stick with the pub grub, burgers, wings, etc.....

BEEN THERE 4 TIMES IN THE LAST 6 MONTHS AND NEVER HAD AN ISSUE. THE SERVICE WAS FINE AND SO WAS THE FOOD. VERY FRIENDLY EMPLOYEES AND NO ROWDY PEOPLE WHEN I WAS THERE AT THE BAR. THE BARTENDER WAS GREAT AS WAS EVERYTHING ELSE - WOULD NOT HESITATE GOING BACK I GIVE IT 4 OUT OF 5 STARS HARRY W.

Food is generally good (especially the fresh oysters and clams in the summer months), beer selection good, mixed drinks can be hit or miss. Not a huge wine selection. Service can sometimes be very slow (and food takes forever to appear sometimes as well, even when theyre not that busy).
