Beer was great, we did beer flights and got a couple glasses of the Casey jones vanilla porter and red banks irish red ale. Tried the margarita pizza and the pretzel, both were NOMS with the beer, the prices were very good and the building is too cool, you can see the brewing equipment from the upstairs room and the floors are original wood. There are lots of windows so its very light and open inside, definitely not a dark and dank bar atmosphere. We had a fun time here, we will definitely be back and will recommend to others!

Stopped in for lunch and had an amazing beef brisket sandwich which went really well with the Virginia brown (BBQ) sauce. Several BBQ options - from sandwiches to platters of meat and a variety of sides there is something for every BBQ lover. And I was pleasantly surprised that they had a few Virginia Wines on their menu in addition to their beer selection. We will definitely be back to try as many things has we can!

Had the 1752 barbeque. The pulled pork was good and so were the house made pickles. The beans and the macaroni and cheese left something to be desired. The brown beans tasted a bit gritty which made it difficult to want to eat more than a few bites. Be wary of the teas. Pretty sure the unsweetened tea was bad based on the flavor. Probably wont be back if Im in the area in the future.

Went there for an engagement celebration on Sunday. Had a great time. Carl gave us a tour of the brewery, talked about beer making, and made us feel very comfortable. The staff was great, the food was very good although I hear the food is even better on Saturdays when they bring in the BBQ. The beer was excellent! Highly recommend it!

Decent Atmosphere and beer. I can not tell you how good the food is though. I went there at 7pm on a Saturday night and the only food they had left was pulled pork. Apparently running out of 90% of the menu items is a regular occurrence....or at least i was told that from the friends that i met there.

We were passing through town on a motorcycle your and stopped for dinner and a beer. I am so glad that we did because the food was superb, the people friendly and the beer interesting. I preferred the Brute Blond Ale but enjoyed the others as well. Get a flight and enjoy.

Arrived at the Brew House on a Friday night at 7.30 and even though beer was good and employees friendly, I was underwhelmed by the lack of food choices. No pizzas or pretzels, which appear in the menu online. Definitely a bummer.

This place is really cool. Its an old WWII clothing factory turned Brewery/restaurant. We enjoyed some excellent milk stouts with beef brisket, turkey and mac-n-cheese. Everything was excellent. The service was great as well.

Big open space with bar in back, three TVs. BBQ on Friday and Saturday. Had a delicious pulled pork sandwich and a root beer, which was very tasty. My wifes ginger ale was also good. Both made there. Worth the trip.

Great soda on draft, especially if youre sick of very sweet soft drinks. Barbecue is very good; the sauces are bold without being too sweet, spicy, or vinegary. The ambiance is informal and fairly loud on a Saturday.

This place was awesome. Staff and regular patrons were super friendly. And the flatbread pizza was on point. Beers were pretty decent too. If you are passing by definitely worth a stop in to check them out
