Ive given this place chance after chance. Last 4 times Ive ordered it was an hour wait which turned into almost 2 hours. Then when I got my pizza it was so cold I had to heat it in the microwave. It was gross. Last night is the last time. For once the pizza wasnt cold, but it was burned and they didnt even take the time to cut it. I just dont understand. Do you want business or not?

Called an order the woman who answered the phone was very unprofessional and rude.. seem like she didnt care. I was so upset with my interaction i canceled my order. Customer service is just as important if not more than the product you are providing. This pizza hut need to be trained on professionlism and quality customer service. Very disappointed.

Service always lacks. We have been 3 times and each time we left unhappy, either the wait was long (and the dining room was almost empty) or the order was wrong and management never stood behind it. We will travel to Hartsville instead.

For every bad comment on here, there is 500 satisfied customers who dont comment. We have them deliver to us about once month and never have any problems other than simple human errors that they will correct. Food is always great.

Pizza was cold, and seemed to have something on top we refused to eat. We tried to call back and since than (3days) there has been no driver available. If i wasnt handicapped i would go get my money or pizza myself!!!!

My roommate and I both got sick off the chicken BBQ pizza. She was throwing up all night and I have felt terrible all day with the upset stomach. I will have to find a Pizza Hut other than there.
