Just attended a bread baking class at LPQ in Central Valley, NY. The class was fantastic and Dave, the baker & instructor, was excellent! Hes very passionate about bread making and seemed to enjoy passing on his knowledge. Youll love all of the bread that you get to take home and we even got to take home dough to bake tommorow! Ive been baking bread at home for 25 years but I still learned a few different things! Great class - highly recommended! !

Absolutely love this place! Very European, not the names, but the recipes and the bakery. I missed that bakery that is more simple looking but taste much better! Food is like if you where in Belgium. I recommend Croque Monsieur, chocolate ganache and lemon tart
