First off, I can say its the only bagel place in Montgomery. Heres a few reasons why I was put off. They never list their prices. Its not even a matter of taking a sign down for the price, and forgetting to put that sign back up. Its been like that for years. I dont understand how they can get away with this because New York State law makes it mandatory to list the prices. The food is alright. But while Im being honest, theres other locations that are better than this joint. He tried to take credit for the rainbow bagel that was well known for in Brooklyn, and went viral. When I inquired about it, the owner said hes the only place around that makes rainbow bagels. God bless the people who work behind the counter because the owner is good for literally sitting on his ass. There was one person behind the counter, and she was taking four peoples orders. The owner walks on by her, doesnt even offer to help, and sits on the plastic crate. That just put a bad taste in my mouth. He knew his business was busy, but wouldnt even offer to help his employees. Ive seen this on multiple occasions, and this is mostly why I wont go back to his store. (Aside from the mystery jeopardy pricing.) While on that note, the owner is extremely awkward. He wont say hello, or even say excuse me. He watches everything the employees do, wont offer to help, and doesnt say much. Asking him something is like pulling teeth. Ive never even worked for him, and this is something I noticed!

First off I go here everyday because of work and every time the tall lady behind the counter is there she gives me attitude okay whatever I ignored her I called in the same order I get everyday and shes telling the other lady she cant make it because I asked for no sausage then the lady on the phone says well make it hunny dont worry when I go get the bagel they burnt it on purpose she also put sausage and the other bagel I had got was burnt also and made incorrectly TALL LADY VERY RUDE makes bagels incorrectly on purpose brought it back once and was given the worst attitude and had the aduactity to tell my coworker its my fault she made it wrong how do you make a bagel with only cream cheese wrong ? Its cream cheese VERY RUDE

The bagels are always good but the lady at the counter is always rude when I ask her to slice a dozen bagels.. Who eats a whole bagel? Is it too much to ask? Makes faces and rude gestures. Happens every time.. I wont be back!

Best bagels in the county. Not the bagel-shaped-bread garbage you get from stores. Fresh, chewy, and delicious. Plus, they make their own cream cheeses! Friendly and efficient staff are just the icing on the cake.

I went earlier today. I asked for 2 bacon and cheese on a bagel. They ended up only giving me one. Thankfully I checked so they made another. But they put ketchup and pepper on it when I said I didnt want any.

Being from The Bronx, Im used to REAL bagels from Riverdale: BLAZING BAGELS bagels are the REAL DEAL. If youre not nearby, their bagels are sooo WORTH the trip (trust me: youll thank me)!

I heard they had good bagels however when I went to their store I couldn"t get past the filthy windows. If they cant see the dirt, how clean is the food. Yuk
