READ FOR 3 MINS: *Ralph, the baker, put me down in various ways 2 days before my Oct. wedding *We had a miscommunication about having cupcakes as favors for my wedding *The miscommunication was his fault: we told him we wanted these favors, and he never wrote the order down, however he said it would be fine and he never said to call to confirm anything – we left thinking everything was all set, especially b/c he was also doing our wedding cake *I called 2 days before the wedding and he YELLED, CURSED AND HUNG UP ON ME b/c he said we never discussed anything (which when I told him specifics of what HE SAID about the favors, he was dumbfounded) *Don’t forget – I was a bride (and customer) getting married in 2 days… *He told me I wouldn’t find anyone else to do this, and I did. After he hung up on me, I called another bakery, and in about 30 secs, they said they’d be happy to do this for me. *We had a different bakery complete everything for us because of him, ultimately. *The stress and unprofessionalism of this man (infant) is unbelievable and disguisting. *I strongly advise you to not go here.

I been going there for years I called day of Thanksgiving ask them dozen onion rolls to the side cuz my husband was sick in the hospital.so always call few days before I call gentlemen pick he was nasty he said he could not put them away to side first he bust his off to try open the store so I called back ask him if he was the owner he said yes Ive been going there for 10 yrs I live in old Bridge I drive to Hazelt all the time to go there is wont be going there no more ah

Normandie was a pretty good bakery - and then the baker from Palmas came to the store. His cakes are incrediblely delicious! From another part of NJ, we still order from there and pick up the BEST Chocolate Mousse cakes with rich chocolate ganache on top. The cookies from there are also delicious as well as their many other items.

We were thrilled with the amazing wedding cake from Normandie Bakery!! We cant decide if it looked or tasted better -- both were outstanding. Everyone was having seconds. It was a pleasure to speak with Ralph and his team and we highly recommend their work. Thanks for putting your heart and talents into our special day.

Ordered the cake from East Brunswick, NJ. Not the first time and definitely not the last. Everyone loved the cake. The owners of the school were amazed to see the detailed design which many were shocked to find it edible. The cake was definitely a highlight of the party.
