Ordered take out and asked for extra syrup. The old lady at the counter looked at her coworker and "winked" and said "dont we charge 50 cent for each extra syrup" then the coworker agreed. I dont think she knew that I saw her wink at the coworker and besides she has been working there forever and should know if they charge or not. After I made a big deal the coworker said we can give you extra syrup we pour in a little to go cup. I was really offended about how I was treated. I have ordered take out many times and was never told that there was a charge for extra syrup. Besides any person that knows how to provide outstanding service would have at least given me the syrup as a one time courtesy. I will never patronize this Perkins restaurant ever again. They lost my business as well as the business of my family and friends.

This place is the worst restaurant I have visited. I ordered a Belgian waffle, sausage and scrabbled eggs. I requested warm syrup. It took the waitress about 15 minutes to bring me the syrup and when she finally brought it to me it was cold. I had to sit an additional 10 minutes to wait on a manager to get to me. She said she sent another waitress over but they never came. When I complained to the manager again she was very disrespectful and said oh well what do you what me to do as she walked away. Please do not patronize this business and pass the word on. Did I mention that I am an African American male.

Service sucks. Took 10mins for someone to even ask what drink we wanted. Then I ordered the big country which is supposed to come with tator tots which the were out of. So I asked for breakfast potatoes. When she brought to me it had hasbrowns not breakfast potatoes. 10 min later she comes back with it but the eggs were wrong. I asked for over easy eggs and got scrambled. Cook came out and apologized which was nice and she made another for me. Waitress never asked if we wanted refills. Food tasted good.

Always a great experience, staff is very friendly and courteous. Food is fantastic, a wide variety of food from a full dinner to a little appetizer. They also have mix drinks that are very unique, the pineapple and sprite is a great recommendation. Family atmosphere and clean environment, you definitely wont regret your visit!

I have been going to Perkins for breakfast since I was a child. The service has gone down hill! Waitresses never seem to get anything right. I guess its only expected if the owner herself seems to do the same! No hospitality what so ever. I will never ever spend another dollar here.

Came to this place of business and was treated like a 2nd class citizen. The attitude of the lady at the register and the manager was very unpleasant and unprofessional. I will never come to this place again neither will my family and friends

Our waitress got mad that I wanted blueberries in my pancakes and then brought me strawberry pancakes. She never checked our table and kind of ruined our breakfast out with her rudeness. I wont be going back to this Perkins.

Would give you a 5 star but your waitresses need a attitude adjustment ASAP! They will always ruin someone visit there. I just come for the food and its closer to my house. Food is excellent but the customer service SUCKS!
