I love Panera in general, the food is always so fresh and wholesome. Recently, I went and I wanted to order the Soba Noodle Bowl. When I got my food, I found out that they changed it to a salad, which looked great when I first saw at it. After eating a couple bites of it, the dressing was too sweet, almost disgustingly sweet. I really want that to be changed back to the broth bowl, it was so much better than the salad!!

If there a issue they will always try to make it right. One time was in to get to Bagels through the drive-thru they came out nice hot and toasted with cream cheese on it another time going through the drive-thru they were nice and hot but they did not put the cream cheese on it which one year in the car and driving its very hard to do that.

So Ive come here for food a 4 separate occasions in the last month and every time something is screwed up. Once it was the wrong soup, the next time I was missing a salad, and most recently I had 1/2 of a sandwich I didnt order and neither of the 2 sandwiches that I did.

Visited this Panera. Purchased the 2 for combo.. For the cost of $12 was very disappointed with salad as there has hardly any Salad in the Bowl.. Save your money and go across the Street to Wendys and get a Salad that is less money and worth the cost..

A good Panera. Good seats and clean inside. The front counter people did not understand what added sugar meant, but what can we expect. Panera sweetens some of their Ice teas. They really should not do this. Let people add sugar if they want.

Disappointing. My wife requested a toasted turkey, avocado BLT. It came untoasted with VERY green tomato slices and tiny chunks of avocado. We much prefer the Clifton Park Panera, which also serves slightly larger sandwiches.

Hit or miss. The dine in food is prepared MUCH more carefully than the take out. Though the food is tasty, there have been more than one occasion when I have to reconstruct my entire sandwich because it was prepared so poorly.

Food is always good and service is quick. Only once did I get a salad that appeared to be a little wilted. Seems like the prices could be a bit lower but I would say things are priced competitively for what you get.
