One of the slowest service experience at a starbucks! I went to the store around 945pm on a hot Friday evening, this store is in a busy area near the highway. There was one employee (male/Asian very polite and friendly doing his best) actually working at the counter taking orders and making the drinks. Several others are seen and heard all the way in the back (behind the counter) but I dont know why they wouldnt come out and help the sole employee and speed up the lines!. As I took the photo there were 4 people waiting in line and another 5 including me waiting for the single employee to make our drinks. At the price Starbucks charge. this type of slow service is unacceptable.

You know,what, I dont want to come back!!! I bought my breakfast and asked for refill (I have free refill for next 2 years) and when I gave her MY OWN STARBUCKS CUP, she looked at me like Im an alien. My cup was clean cause I washed it after I had my coffee ( maybe shes not used to drink from clean cup,who knows) and asked me for several times if I want to refill or not. I had to repeat twice that I had my coffee and washed my cup and yes I want my fckng refill!!!! And Im sorry,but thats not your business when and where I had my coffee, just give me my refill cause I earned it!!!!!

My gf and I stopped here because we were in a car on our way home and she has her mobile app so we chose the closest one. She ordered two coffees. 1 white chocolate mocha and one peppermint mocha. We get home and 10 mins later she sees that her white chocolate mocha is just steamed milk and syrup (no coffee at all!) And my peppermint mocha is just over half a cup. I called them and told them about this at the store and the girl was like ok no problem. Umm yeah theres a problem. Your barista kind of doesnt know what shes doing and we were ripped off! Never going there again!

Id love to give this place 5 stars being its my local Starbucks, but I cant bring myself to do it. 90% of the time there is only 1 Barista making the coffees!! This place is by a major highway...hello!!! Lots of people are usually waiting in here. I dont blame the employees making the coffee, as they do their best, but upper management needs to rethink their staffing strategy because it certainly isnt conducive to return customers! The place is a bit small but nicely kept.

5/14/2017 11am Rude staff , refused to give me cream on the side and said she would charge me 2.95 for cream on the side . Never heard of that in any Starbucks or Dunkin Donuts. Very hostile.....policies should be posted for customers who are getting coffee for others who want cream or milk on the side ... and not let the staff decide on herself how to treat the customer and how much to charge for a little cream on the side !!!!!

Unfortunately this is my local Starbucks. I go here because parking is available. If Im going to pay a premium for my coffee I expect to go to a clean well run Starbucks. This is not. The floor both behind the counter and on the store floor is filthy. I place mobile orders and on more than one occasion Ive had to leave. I dont have a half hour to wait for an order. Ive been in way busier Starbucks that were run well. Too bad.

Every time I go in there staff is friendly and helpful. I usually wait in this Starbucks for my car pool ride and they are as quick as humanly possible, of course mistakes happen but thats because they are humans not machines. Regardless they do their best to accommodate you and make sure your satisfied. Shout you especially to a staff member named Andrew, he is just so nice and helpful.

After my Black Friday shopping I stopped here to get a strawberry blend with lemon for some apparent reason the employees didnt know what the hell Tht is they even asked if a banana goes with it -.- seriously I said no when I get my drink it their was freakin ban nana in it -.- idk what to say but Im sorry I give it a thumbs down :(

I feel like no matter what time of the day it is, they always run out of stuff. This is a very popular Starbucks too. They need to work on their inventory. They always have new people too! The service doesnt improve. Every time I go there is a new face and another mistake or delay in my order. This Starbucks isnt great.

Normally, I LOVE this Starbucks ❤ The location is GREAT!! The staff is friendly and professional,,,Indoor and outdoor seating!!! BUT,, picked up a couple of Bistro boxes, sitting outside w/ my Hubby, ENJOYING THE BEAUTIFUL WEATHER ,,, then, 4 INCONSIDERATE GIRLS SIT NEXT TO US AND LIGHT UP CIGARETTES

Employees are always taking their time and working slow. They also dont read the cups properly and constantly need to remake drinks. They could also use quite a bit of an attitude adjustment. If you dont want to talk to people, you shouldnt work in customer service!

I always have high hopes for this location but I am consistently let down. Between the slow turn around time or the consistent incorrect orders being put out by the staff, it feels like they do not have the help they need to succeed.

This smaller Starbucks is in a higher traffic area, so it tends to get crowded quickly, but the terrific baristas are great trying to keep up with the demand. Expect a line, dont expect to find seating and enjoy your coffee.

I study here all the time, and the staff is amazing. It is located in a great location, with plenty of parking and on the boardwalk if you want to take a walk. Definitely recommended if you are a coffee drinker.

Slow customer service. 5 guys were there, only two customers were there and it took them 10 mins to make a Frappuccino and an ice coffee. Location is great though, a lot of parking space.

Nice Starbucks. There isnt that much space inside the Starbucks but there are a few additional tables outside to make up for it. Has a bathroom. The coffee that I ordered tasted good.
