I always order a Venti Iced Green Tea- unsweetened. It is a fairly simple drink to make as the barista is simply pouring the tea over ice and shaking it with some water. The barista handed me what I was hoping to be my green tea. It was clear that the beverage he handed me was a black tea. I politely said, "Im sorry this is not a green tea, you can see from the color." The barista then proceeded to argue with me on how I am wrong and said "I dont know what to do for you." This is so extremely disappointing as this location has only been open for ONE WEEK. I am an employee in this building so the location is very convenient for me. Now that I have been talked to in a disrespectful manner when my order was clearly wrong, I dont see myself going to this location ever again.

I just came from this location and I have to say...Im NOT impressed! The staff moved slow as snails, didnt smile, and acted like they rather be somewhere else. They dont even make eye contact with their customers. If you do not want to work somewhere then quit and dont take it out on customers. I can ensure you that these minnows have been left alone in the big ocean. Why is there not a "lead/veteran" staff member present to give on the spot training? This location is prime but if the customer service and the product are not up to Starbucks standards, it will not be successful as initially planned. I will not return to this location and waste my money again. I wish there was the ability to give 0 stars because 1 star is 1 too many.

I am a Starbucks fan and I always wanted one close to home. What I love he lost is that I can bring my laptop and get some work done while I enjoy my coffee. As most people I go with family and friends and we sit do enjoy the coffee while having amenable conversations una perfect atmosphere. How ever this Starbucks was quite unusual, it had no chairs, yes no sitting accommodations... what is the point of a Starbucks where you have to take it and wealth through a hotel looking for a corner to sit? Or get the coffee and have to go to the car, if that is what I want I would just go to one with a drive thru! I hope they eventually have sitting accommodations otherwise it will be like if it doesnt excuse.

I am really excited that there is a close enough location to my house. This was my first time here and the service needs to be worked on a little bit some employees seemed like they did not want to be there while other seemed like they were unsure of what they were doing. Since the location just opened I will give it the benefit of the doubt and continue coming here with the hopes of the quality of service will get better in time.

Went there recently and the guy made me wait because he was counting the tip jar to pay for my change. So I had to wait to get a bunch of nickels back, are u kidding me!!!
