I used to do mobile order for more than 10 years and i order the same drinks every single day. Everyone is friendly and i love starbucks. I always wait and never complaint. I always order three shot espresso over ice in the venti cup. I want extra ice so i order the venti cup. And whatever the price show on an app, i paid for it. So when I came in the store to pick up, the barista told me that i should order 5 shots because the venti cup is more EXPENSIVE... Really??? How much is it? I will pay for the VENTI cup. just do not talk to me like that. They should fix the mobile app.. They should charge for the venti cup on the app so that guy doesnt talk to me like that. I will never come back here again. So RUDE.

This Starbucks is the best one I have ever been to. They provide a welcoming environment for all of their customers and are always respectful. As a regular to this store, it amazes me that they know my drinks by heart and I trust how they make them. Also, I feel comfortable when I do my work and studies. I also would like to applaud them for how clean and well kept they keep the store. By far, I want to thank them for their amazing customer service and I will continue to recommend this store to everyone I know.

Horrible coffee made. First the employee gave me an iced one when it was suppose to be hot. I went back to have my machito remade because there was absolutely no taste of espresso. I usually order a triple shot and this tasted nothing like what I am used to. Bad manners and distracted employees. The young man taking the orders was the only pleasant one. The same person remade the coffee and it was just as bad as the first. Never coming back to this Starbucks. They suck

Disrespectful I ordered my drink and handed money to cashier. The disrespectful cashier threw away my change to the counter and told other guys something about throwing money and they started laughing. I have a beard on my hair was messy so I look like a guy who doesnt speak or understand English. I do my friend I do. I do speak and understand English. Unfortunately today was end of my business from you guys. Thank You Starbucks For Your Disrespectful Acts.

This place makes drinks right. They will always strive to make your drink right no matter how many times it takes. Parking is very limited but its worth the wait for a spot. The staff is great and work hard for their customers. The only issue is the laptops... yes there are people on laptops here all day long. Its like do you not have internet or electricity at home?

If I was basing this review on parking alone, it would get 1 star. Terrible parking situation here, due to its very small lot. Other than that, great service and friendly staff. The lattes and warm muffins are fantastic. it is very spacious with lots of tables and free Wi-Fi. The only thing this place desperately needs is a bigger parking lot.

Im a regular here... This place does have a small parking lot but the staff is super friendly and remembers regulars drinks ... As a business owner I would love to have them as employees... There are at least 3 other Starbucks on the way to work and I take the extra 5 minutes to go to this one...

Great coffee and would get five stars but this place is always crowded and the parking is horrendous. They need to figure something out because its dangerous. Almost got into two accidents trying to park. There are two other Starbucks with safer parking lots about 2 miles down Route 17.

Starbucks employees arent wear their hats . Some of the employees have terrible dirty hair. When ever I go here when I see the same person , I live the store with out ordering my coffee. I dont want to see their dirty hair in the morning and rings all over the body

Nothing more frustrating that getting someone elses coffee. You take your first sip, once you reach the office and the disappointment for the coffee you were looking forward to and the $5 just spent for something you wont drink.

This Starbucks, has nice lounge area. Service is friendly and most helpful. Its location is tricky with speeding vehicular traffic at light. Beautiful on 17. Parking is tight due to high volume.

When i used to go to starbucks, i really liked it all, but i started breaking out, their seems to be some type of oil they use in their coffee. Once i stopped drinking it, my Acne got Way better.

This Starbucks tends to be messy and not put together. The interior is bare and outdated and lacks charm. Try the starbucks in Glenridge for a better atmosphere.
