Worst Red Lobster Ive ever been to. Poor customer service, Poor Food, Poor Manners. Restaurant is in serious need of new management, cleaning and better quality of food. Employees are in need in of customer training and better supervision. Restaurant table was in need of cleaning, the food was stale and cold, as well as instincts that were annoying and unsanitary. Our order was not cook but tasted as it was microwaved and not grilled as Salmon was supposed to be grilled. Spent over 80.00 and could have gotten a better meal at one of the smaller fast food restaurants. Our waitress "Ariel" was very rude, un-attentive, distracted with her friends at the restaurant instead of being concerned about the us (customers) Even when attempting to correct our order she failed to replace all of the orders that were not cooked properly. "Ariel" looked lost and was couldnt grasp the situation of the improperly cooked food and poor service. She never got a manager involved and after we tried to point out what needed to be corrected she seemed to have an attitude and threw the take out bags at my wife. After repeatedly explaining the dinners were not cooked properly she finally "spoke" to the cook and tried to replace the dinner but only replaced on of the meals and totally forgot both Salmon dinners were not cooked properly. My Shrimp Dinner was cold and stale, worth throwing in the garbage. The environment of the restaurant was a best a playground of kids playing, joking and just distracted with one another. At one point there were several of the staff who were near our booth playing and joking near us almost nearly touching me as they were so close. This restaurant needs to be shutdown, cleaned, properly managed, staff trained and better cooking. My family and I will never eat another Red Lobster again, if this has been maintained with such as issues than it must reflect all of the Red Lobsters Restaurants. Please fix this Restaurant as its a bad reflection on your overall business.

First of all im so sick of people complaining about bad service, obviously you guys dont know how hard it is to be a waitress or a waiter, first let me start by saying when the lobby is busy and the lines are long servers are 50 times busier !!!!!!!!!!!! many people dont know but at red lobsters its the servers job to prepare the basked of buiscuits, make the salad, restock while working, run food, all while tending to your every needs and wants . heres a suggestion stop being so needy and be thoughtful if you can save a server a trip to the kitchen then do so ! Servers have no breaks !!!!!!!!! and get paid 5 dollars an hour which they dont recieve cause most of it is taxed so check are very light, and then some of you people have the audacity to leave less then the suggested tip ! All while servers are running around like a chicken with no head FYI 15% should not even be an option being that anywhere you go gratuity is 18% . Servers come in with no idea of how much money they will make that day, and provide great service without even knowing if you will tip or not, how would you feel if someone did that too you? Most servers are mothers, and college students, common guys wheres your hearts!

I went a week ago with a friend and had a good time. It was a friday night so it was crowded but service was fast, we got out seats in under 30 mins. I tried the new drink in the deadliest catch mug that you can take home and it was nice(I had two lol)...biscuits were a little too salty that night...I had crabcakes and salmon with mashed potatoes and broccoli...It was all good but the crabcakes were a huggggeeee disappointment...It was supposed to be three of them but i got 1 regular looking one but the other two cales looked weird....they were mushed and broken apart and the one that was whole was a bit burnt....I was already full from the salad and the lobster dip appetizer so I was too worried about the crab cakes at the time....But the big thing was the waitress! She was extremely nice! Soooo helpful! Great welcoming smile! She was verryyyy knowledgeable about the menu, helping me decide what I wanted. Everything was timely. She made she checked on us when our food came...refilled our our waters and tea when needed.....I saw how hectic it was on a rainy Friday night and her smile and personality was awesome. Her name was Suzie. A very pleasant girl!

I went today. My bill was $26.11. I gave the server $40, she gave me back $13. Now $0.89 is not a big deal but ITS THE PRINCIPLE of the matter. Dont make the assumption that I dont need the cons because if so then you guys should just use whole numbers for each item on the menu. I was upset but didnt want to make it a big deal. Now that Im home it is a big deal. I said to myself "maybe she couldnt count" but Im sure the cash register did the math for her. AND IM GENEROUS I GAVE HER A $10 TIP. The place stinks once you walk in (like urine and damp carpet). The floors (especially in bathroom) and tables are sticky. The biscuits are everything !!!! Cajun shrimp linguini alfredo - was ok. Too much oil on my plate...didnt taste anything cajun about the chicken but it was still tasty. Why so stingy with the brownie ?? Could have got a bigger one for $1 at the corner store Server - She was polite and timely. Thats why I was generous with the tip. Advice - get air fresheners and plug ins. Clean up the bathroom, tables and floors.

Let me start off by saying this is definately my last time going to this Red Lobster. How many chances can you give a place? This mediocre joint managed to start off my evening with some knockoff cheddar bay biscuits. Like are you serious? Why does anyone come to Red Lobster? For cheddar bay duhhh. Secondly, they managed to take it upon themselves to bless my girlfriends caesar salad with hair in with the croutons. Gross. Thirdly, we both ordered crab legs. With the company of moldy butter and some weird stuff in it, made our evening that much worse. My french fries tasted as if they were taken from someone elses leftover plate. My girlfriends mashed potatoes tasted as if they were someones leftover food also. Our crab legs were missing meat. Their was nothing good about this meal. It sucked. I love red lobster. This one is gross. I will stick to the Times Square location and pay the extra price. Shame on you Red Lobster. P.S. Our waiter Michael was very nice. Thanks Mike.

The most horrible, dirtiest, and irresponsible red lobster Ive ever been to. Our waitress named Ariel acted nonchalant and very inattentive. My familys meal took a great amount of time to come out and was completely wrong. We told her about it and she told us in our face that it was the correct order. She went in the back and brought back a plate that looked like it was someone elses. The employees were absolutely OUT OF ORDER! Fowl language and horseplay around right in front of us. Ariel (the waitress) proceeded to have an attitude right after we corrected her. She threw the to-go bag at the table like it was nothing and walked away. She was more concerned with joking around with her "friends" who were also seated at a table behind us. The food was repulsive and so was her attitude. We did NOT give her a tip because she simply didnt deserve it. Dirty napkins and trash on the floor near the chefs station. $80 gone to waste. SMH! I will not be going back here.
