The Bagel Shoppe is the only place in Brewster that anyone should be getting bagels. Made fresh every morning in house, along with other assorted pastry and breakfast items. The staff is awesome and caring which shows in how clean they keep the cafe. Egg sandwiches are on point (double bacon egg and cheese on a crossant, SPK) and the coffee is always fresh. Two big thumbs up to this local small business who is doing it right in the village of Brewster !!

Closest thing to a NYC bagel youre going to get around the area. Great egg sandwiches great coffee, excellent cream cheese selection. I arrived at 430am, sign said the opened at 5am owner was busy making bagels, but stopped to invite me in and serve me. Aces in my book. Its all about the customer. Keep on doing whatcha do

Just like all the other delis in this town, they close well before their hours show. If you advertise that you are open until 2, that means YOU SERVE FOOD UNTIL 2! Not that you treat someone rudely for coming in at 1:40 for a simple bagel.

A very solid NY style bagel shop. A nice fixture in downtown Brewster and very friendly staff. Ive gotten many egg sandwiches from the bagel shop over the years and havent been disappointed!

Great bagels great selection and the vegetable cream cheese is awesome. The girls working are very friendly and helpful. I think we just found our new bagel spot!
