Do not get ice cream here. We ordered a cake with the assurances of the manager that it was nut-free because it was for our 7-year old sons birthday, and he has peanut and tree nut allergies. When we cut into the cake, it was not what we ordered, and had ice cream and ingredients that were known allergens. They screwed up the order and endangered an allergic child. They ruined a birthday party for a 7 year old who could not eat birthday cake. And when I returned to complain, the dim employee who had assured me the cake was nut free when I picked it up wondered aloud why they had an extra sheet cake in the back. There are better ice cream shops in the Bedford Hills and Mt Kisco area. Patronize those places.

Ordered a "minecraft" theme sheet cake with fudge underneath since it was close to my sons bday party location. Quick service. They forgot the writing, but quickly remedied and compensated. Quick friendly service and ease of ordering it over the phone and via email. Been to many Carvels all over Westchester and found this to be the best with customer service, cleanliness, aesthetic/decor and quality of cakes and icecream.

Great people and awesome ice cream !! Soft ice cream will put you in heaven. Hard ice cream flavors are to die for. Employees make ice cream concoctions of the hard ice cream and sell it by the pint / quart ! Try it now , you will not be disappointed !!! Have been here in Mount Kisco for three years and have had three boys here. Love taking my little men for ice cream ( with Dad ! ).
