i ordered a cake online and went into the store for pick up where one of the two men were on the phone and i had to greet the other one since he was just STARING at me. I get home and realize I have the wrong cake... no big deal its just a cake. THAT IS UNTIL your DISRESPECTFUL staff called my phone. He was so astronomically rude I had to take the time to write this. He proceeded to inform me that I had picked up the wrong cake. which i respond, okay well thats fine i cannot come back to the store- i already am home and still have to get to the party i was attending. he then started to inform me that i asked for the wrong cake, and stated, that I said strawberry shortcake was mine, but I ordered the passion cake? All very true, BUT i do NOT work there! I dont know the name of ONE thing on your menu. I told the man that that is HIS fault- i didnt go to the back to get the cake YOU did. I gave you my first and last name- that should have been enough. This worker of yours had the AUDACITY to raise his voice at me and that is when i told him that its HIS fault he grabbed the wrong cake- it was HIS problem, and HE needed to fix it. I then hung up on him. Try hiring people with better communication and customer service skills. I will be going to Carvel next time.

I was a initially skeptical about going back to coldstone because my first experice was a terrible one but two years later I went back and discovered that the shop was under new management and much better than when I had last visited. The ice Cream was delicious and they had even more flavors and mix ins. They dont automatically sing anymore but if you ask them theyre more than happy to. I highly reccomend it for anyone who wants a good cup of ice cream. Tip: Samantha is by far the best server there. She is warm, funny, and very good with kids when they order. Shes awesome because she takes song requests and sings everything from rock to broadway. Tip her and find out for yourself, she has an amazing voice.

the first time i walked into cold stone i think i was about nine years old. they make you feel so welcomed and no matter how cold it may be in there because of the ice cream - the service is the exact opposite. they treat you so nice and are very friendly. each time someone gives a tip, one cent or 10 dollars, the entire staff would sing a song. the variety of ice creams and toppings is endless and they put together the perfect dessert. i love this place and you will too. <3

Very disappointed! ! ! After driving almost 40 minutes with my family to enjoy a nice ice cream, on a Friday night, we got to the store and they have nothing!!! No waffle cones or cups, no bananas etc...Not only that but the employees didnt even show the minimum concern or at least apologize, their only answer when we reply theres no bananas and no cones???? Was NO....Very rude Indian guy and a tall white girl....Extremely poor Customer service :(

This was my 1st time at a Cold Stone. The poor 2 men behind the counter must have been terribly busy, the place was a mess! Customer service is not their strong suit either, no welcome, no good bye, he did get all the correct ingredients into the cup, but it was barely mixed. I dont completely blame them for their lack of customer service, the other customers were extremely entitled and rude, and gave them quite a hard time.

If I hadnt experienced Cold Stone in the past, based on my experience at this location, I would never go back. If ice cream can "go bad" it did here and the person who "attempted" to help us made it clear we were a bother.
