Ordered a custom cake for sons birthday. The time agreed upon for pickup was 1pm for a 2:30pm party. At 1:45 they informed us that the cake was not made and that the soonest it would be available was 4pm. With the party at 2:30pm that would not work. We were already in the store parking lot when this was told to us. The option offered to us was to have a plain cake with his name written on it. They could do that in 15 minutes, but by this time we did not have 15 minutes. I asked if we would have to pay full price for this cake. They responded that we would have to pay full price and that they would only accept cash for this purchase. They expressed that they were concerned that I would chargeback the purchase because I was not happy. The pastries and cakes may be good here, but do not rely on them to meet a deadline. And if things do not go correctly do not expect them to accept any responsibility. They basically did not care at all and never even came close to apologizing. We ended up with cupcakes from the supermarket instead of a beautiful custom decorated cake.

A friend just visited and brought us a box of assorted cookies from this shop. Two words.....Oh. Wow! Incredibly delicious. I probably wont get there as it is 80 miles from my home, but if I do eve get in the area......Im There!!

Great treasure in Westchester. If you like spicy- you have to try "The Farms" sandwich. All pastries are delicious!
