Place is dirty and the people dont know what a vegan is, what dairy is, or even the difference between unhealthy foods (animal products) and healthy foods. They even lied and said they cant make a replacement again because they already made a replacement so I told them "then Ill eat it and then when I end up in the hospital Ill send your company the hospital bill". We had explained that I had severe allergies toward unhealthy and unnatural foods like animal products, dairy etc... so he quickly ran and made a fresh one. Other problems is saying veggies only and they say ever so stupidly "so you just want the beef" or no dairy products and they say " whats that?". They know how to follow an online order but not an order placed through drive thru or even in the establishment

I know not everyone is a morning person but even when youre in a bad mood early in the morning you always have to make sure you give customers good service and at least try to have a smile on your face that way they come again! today was my very first time buying breakfast and the order taker had the worst attitude and when I went up to the window gave me my food without even greeting me I asked for ketchup gave me attitude once again and almost threw the ketchup in my hand I work customer service and if I gave my customers a attitude Id probably get fired...

Free Wi-Fi, great food, and they started playing salsa and bachatta music after 5:30pm. Havent heard Luis Vargas in a while. Will be back soon!!! Drive thru does take forever and they have a security guard there for when the drive thru backs up. Personally if the line is backed up he cant do anything to you. He Just stands there, make him come up to your car and talk to you. The line will move and so will he.

The seating area was disgusting and dirty. An employee came out from the back to clean after a customer impatiently asked her numerous times. She proceeded to clean the tables nearby and sweep the floor then returned to making food without washing her hands. The area where the food was made also looked dirty. I will not be returning to this location in the near future.

Not a fan, theyre cheap on filling the food with enough meat. I tried that new flat bread and I got 5 pieces of steak and each were smaller than a pinky. Spend the extra money and go to Bubbas instead!

Service is slow at night (Drive through AND inside) but Ive never had a problem with the food. Some (not all) of the register people are especially slow at their jobs. Pretty typical Taco Bell.

Saw a woman leave the bathroom without washing her hands. Then make my food. Very appetizing. Thank god they wear gloves. Still disgusting. Made someone else re-make it.

The food here is usually fresh. The drive-thru line has been slow every time that we have come here; however, the employees are consistently friendly and helpful.
