Every time Ive been there the restaurant is spotless, ladies room included, of course being a female I cant rate the mens room LOL! The napkins, plastic utensils, straws etc. are ALWAYS FULL. They have Great food, Great customer service at the drive-thru & inside. They did an excellent job remodeling the restaurant also. I especially like the bar style table & bar stools they added its comfy & adds character to the restaurant. Of course no ones perfect, so with that being said, theres been a few times thru the years Ive received not so great food & not so good customer service so for a few slip ups over at least an 8 year maybe more time period is not to bad at all. I can honestly say this is the ONLY fast food restaurant I can rate 5 stars to. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK GUYS & GALS!!!

This is the worst taco bell Ive ever been to. I have been about 3 or 4 times as Ive been down in Ansonia on business for a while and they have not got an order yet right. Im pretty lenient when it comes to fast food as you cant expect too much from people making $10 an hour but I have not had a DECENT experience yet. I wouldnt give this food to my dog. Its stale, its cold, and they do not know how to listen. I would suggest literally anywhere else on this block. But hey, just my opinion.

Went there got the wrong order, get home and the "double" chalupa was all lettuce no meat, went back they gave me sour cream when I originally asked for none, then get home and the chalupa was mostly bread even worse than when I first went back. Im calling corporate tomorrow because they suck then they charge double for this trash than any other taco bell. Wont be going back.

This Taco Bell is always clean and comfortable. The staff is always quick and precise. Im always greeted with a smile and a hello. Out of all the times I have visited this particular restaurant Ive only had one order come out incorrect. Overall, I have a pleasant experience every time.

Everytime I try to go there at night the "computers are down" all the employees are hanging out in the lobby doing nothing....im going to stop going to this taco bell for this reason!! FIX YOUR COMPUTERS OR GET NEW ONES!! That or hire employees who will actually do their job!!

This place has friendly employees, clean tables and floors, a huge selection like other taco bells, and lackluster food. Dont order a crunch wrap supreme here, one half is always lukewarm and the other half is cold.

Its my home away from home. I spend more money here then I do on gas from my car. The staff is very friendly and the restaurant is always clean. Its a great place to just come and chill specially after work.

Excellent service, friendly staff, and accurate orders. My personal favorite is the cheesy gordita crunch. Come between 2 & 5 pm for discounted freeze drinks. Highly recommended.
