Rapid pickup mobile orders do not work well at this location. They never place the completed order on the rapid pickup shelf. If Im able to interrupt the kitchen staff, as they chat with each other in Spanish, one of them might complete my order and give it to me. If not, Im usually able to get a manager to give it to me. This has happened all 4 times that I ordered in the past 2 weeks. The food is ok, but customer service needs improvement. West Babylon location is better.

Absolute worst. I love panera everything I get from there was usually good. Until now, the bacon was not cooked at all, almond milk chai latte tasted like hot water and tons of spices. Bagel was barely toasted everything was aweful from this new staff. I hope it gets fixed soon.

Always Busy always good.. However the pricing is getting out of had, for a large mac and cheese its like 8 dollars.. I can Buy 4 or 5 boxes for that.. The place is always being cleaned and the staff is always great. if you dont mind dropping a lot of money this place is good

The staff is nice. Located within the mall. Its a nice quiet place to go and grab some food and study. The food is consistent. Panera is always delicious and healthy, no matter the location.

Food can be pretty solid and panera is a nice place to read. Sometimes they screw up your order which can be a problem if you order to pick up and dont find out until you get home.

11am on a Sunday, all I cared about was coffee to be awake with for the meeting I was there for and the coffee was great! My wife had a Flatbread sandwich and enjoyed it!
