I went in to order a chicken nugget meal, i always get it at the location in milford and it is to die for. However, at this location their meat is very low quality. It honestly felt like i was chewing cartilage. It was extremely chewy and did not feel right. So i went back to return my food and the manager said they were undercooked. Once i got a replacement i realized it was not it being undercooked, it is the quality of the meat and it is absolutely horrible.The nugget couldnt even be pulled apart! This location is nothing like the milford location. Although the women at the desk who returned my meal was extremely nice and undestanding.

The worst duchess Ive ever been to in over 20 years. The soda machine smelled like mold. The black specks in my soda did not help. Many ceiling tiles were warped and brown. The walls are dirty and so were the tables. We stood there for several minutes for staff to help us, mind you they were standing around. One was looking around and looked at us without moving. HORRIBLE AND NEVER TO THAT DUCHESS AGAIN.

Just flew here from Milford and this is the 2nd time I came and they were closed WAY before 10pm!! WTH!!! I am calling corporate on them, I worked in the food service industry for years and we would NEVER close before the posted closing time!! Incompetent people that work here and from the other reviews horrible customer service also maybe its good I didnt eat here...

Standard fast food at this Stratford location. It also varies by location with Darien being much better than Stratford. Youd think that these chain restaurants would be getting their food from the same vendors, but apparently not.Some are also designated as Dutchess Family Restaurant, which may be what makes a difference idk.

Poor customer service. There were flies on the cup covers and around the drink area which obviously hadnt been clean recently. Flies on the windows. The place is nasty. The lady pretty much threw down my order on the counter with a mischievous snike on her face. I cant imagine coming back here

Fkn dump! Anytime I come here, you wait forever and its never been busy whenever I came through. Workers are a bunch of space cadets. Manager clearly dont give a fk.

Worst Duchess EVER. Slowest service, not clean, and gave me food poisoning. And they charged me for dressing and I never got it. DO NOT GO HERE. Barf City.
