If I could give them zero stars I would. Went here to get sushi with a few friends, and the service was mediocre at best. The waitress was rude and constantly acted as though we were an inconvenience to her. Upon briefly reading the menu I spotted in fine print at the bottom of the menu "18% gratuity included" but did not see that it was for parties of 6 or more. My party was a party of 4. When we got our receipt, everything tallied out, and it made sense that gratuity was included amongst our meals. A friend of mine had seen that gratuity was included for a larger party, but being that almost 20% was clearly included in our bill, we paid, headed for the restroom and had plans to leave. Upon leaving the restroom I was approached by our waitress who was waiving her arms in large gestures that werent coherent to me and I told her I didnt understand. She then screamed at me "WHY YOU NO TIP?!?!" so loudly that she now has the attention of every surrounding table. I explained to her that 4(!) people calculated the total and the only way it made sense was if gratuity was included and she continued to scream her question about supposedly not tipping. We proceeded for the door where she got her manager who then proceeded to FOLLOW US OUTSIDE TO OUR CARS and insist that we tip her or he was going to call the police!!! Well, we never giver her any extra money and we waited for over an hour for the police to show up, and when we asked the manager who placed the call outside our view (silly us) he kept saying "theyre coming theyre coming. You tip now or stay here and answer cops". If this had been handled in literally any other way we would have been happy to discuss the matter with them and either have the bill explained and proven that there was no tip involved, or jee I dont know, talk to me with some respect without screaming at me?!?! If it had been explained and we were incorrect we would have been happy to pull out a $20 and hand it to her but WE PAID OUR BILL! We will never return and I will never recommend this place to anyone. Dont waste your time.

Would give 0 stars if possible. I had been coming to this restaurant weekly for months for the happy hour sushi roll special. Ill say this, the sushi is good, but thats about it. The waiters there are incredibly rude. Anytime you ask them to do something for you whether it be asking for a refill or additional items from the menu, they would act like you were putting them out. This is a regular thing, but I dealt with it because the food was good and the price was decentish. The last time I was there was a typical experience for the place. Rude waitress, acting like they couldnt wait for us to leave. Anyway the time for the check came out and I asked to have a box for the remaining sushi that we had not finished. Mind you I have done this every single week for months without a problem. This time however the waitress says you are not allowed to take your food home with you. This is not a buffet or anything like that, so why they would be refusing to let me take the food that I paid for home with me is beyond me. They then brought another waiter over to the table since we were arguing. He pointed at the very bottom off the happy hour menu, where it says "No carryout on happy hour specials." I tried to explain to him that carryout means when you order your food and pick it up to go. He couldnt comprehend that. So they gave me the option of either they were going to throw it away or they were going to charge extra money for taking the roll home. I was completely shocked that they would treat a weekly customer with such disrespect. Anyways just a warning to others, dont come here unless you like to be treated like dirt and scammed!

The atmosphere was as youd expect for a restaurant of its type, but the cleanliness bears mentioning as it was particularly poor. This should have been the first clue to my mother and I that we should just stop waiting for our chef and leave, because as we waited, we could see another hibachi being cleaned while hot with what looked to be nothing more than water and a cloth. Once the chef arrived to cook for us, the display put on was impressive as expected, perhaps even a bit more so, but the food was apparently less of a focus. As we began eating, my mother and I both realized that the red tuna as well as the scallops had been undercooked, and set them aside. We couldnt really have these items further cooked either, as our chef was nowhere in sight once the show was over and no waiter or waitress ever came by, even to refill our drinks. My mother and I wound up spending the rest of the evening in the bathroom, no doubt as a direct result of eating here. While putting on a show at a hibachi restaurant is important, the most important thing of all, cooking food that doesnt make people sick, seems to have been either forgotten or prioritized less than it should have been. Anyone looking for a good hibachi restaurant should find their way to Hana instead.

My party decided to take a table apart from the Hibachi area, as my father liked the waiter he normally gets when we sit there. Sadly this particular time the waiter was not the funny guy, and was instead a waitress who I would describe as "forgetful." Forgetting an order of Calamari I ordered, and forgetting an order of Plum Sake I had also put in. A few other parties showed up later and took up residence in the Hibachi area, making it very loud very quickly. Needless to say our previous visits have gone better, I even found my order of Pad Thai with the shrimp was lacking.

Second to none the best would not know any other place. The atmosphere is mind-blowing food the food visitation is very thoughtful and consistent I have never been to a restaurant that the food has been so consistent especially when theyre making it right in front of you Ive been here 30 times love the place I have been in too many Hibachi restaurants around the area and settled on this one nothing has a better atmosphere in the area prices Fair and well deserved servers on the top of their game

Google says it closes at 10 on sundays. I go at 8:45. Sit down. Waitress asks if Im ready to eat. Say Im not ready. She gets pissy and says they actually close at 9:30. Suggests I leave. Then awkwardly asks for order. Get food relatively quickly. Food is good -- got no gripe with that. But the service was ridiculous. If your info on Google maps is incorrect, it in my fault, and I shouldnt be made to feel like a pain.

My son and I went for a special dinner and werent disappointed! The portions were quite generous and the service was excellent. Both of us felt the scallops were perhaps the best wed ever had. Go and enjoy yourselves... - We highly recommend this place! ** By the way, I did read the other reviews and no, we are not friends, employees and did not drink any alcohol. Were just satisfied customers.
