I never rate things on the internet, however I felt like my visit yesterday called for it. I am posting this with the hopes that the right people will see it and take it as constructive criticism. My problem was not with the food, but with the management. Our server disappeared several times, never gave me a refill, brought the wrong items a couple of times. He just needs more training. However, a couple of times the manager herself checked on us and we asked for a couple of things each time. Each time she told us "No Problem." Then walked away and we never got it. A well run business starts with proper management. Very disappointed.

Im a big fan of Texas Roadhouse but this entire experience really disappointed me. The hosts were very nice but everything after that went downhill. After our waitress took our order she never came back. Everything we ate was really dry (steak & ribs). My steak was cooked medium so I dont even know how that happened. Most of my family left the majority of their food on the plate and when the manager came by he didnt even notice! Im not one to complain but felt this review was needed. Ill probably go back to this location again and just ask for a different server, maybe they were just having an off night!

I ordered dinner to go over the telephone. My food was ready in the 15 minutes they stated. Steak was properly cooked and nicely packaged up to include my two sides, bread and shrimp skewer (all boxed in their own boxes). With the exception of not being given, or even asked if I needed plastic ware, I didnt receive any. I was also a bit perturbed that I could not purchase a drink to go; it is not an option. But you can have a kiddie-cup on the house. Great food and an easy-to-get to location made this restaurant a winner and a restaurant I will return to during my next stay in Las Cruces, NM.

The meal went south when the salad arrived and it was disgusting. The lettuce was wilted and I took one bite and couldnt get the taste out of my mouth the rest of the meal. I ordered a filet medium and it was so rare that it was actually cold in the middle. The corn was so salty that it was not edible. The server tried to help the situation by replacing by salad with a loaded baked potato and sending over the manager. The manager offered to recook my steak and ended up taking 10% off the bill. I found the 10% discount insulting as I barely ate any of the meal.

The food here used to be consistently good, I used to go just for the filets. The last three steaks were ill-prepared (overcooked). 3/4 of the steaks ordered at the table were cooked properly (medium-rare), while one was medium well - when brought to the attention of staff (not asked by staff), they reluctantly replaced it, after briefly making me question my sanity! Thats not the bad part though. . .Ive heard from someone who services equipment in the kitchen that the place is absolutely filthy back there - thats enough for me, I wont be going back.

My steak was over cooked twice. I ordered medium rare and both times it was brown all the way through and SO tough. After receiving a second well-done steak, I told the manager to just leave it and comp the bill. I didnt want any more wasted steaks. At this point, I decided to try my friends steak which she had said was chewy. What an understatement! It was like gum. Our waiter was polite and fairly attentive, but the manager was completely clueless. They did comp our bill well, but we left without finishing a 6 oz sirloin between two people.

That bartending sweetie Chelsea is gonna be leaving. Me and the Mrs are gonna have to go to Disneyworld to see her now that shes done graduated and all growed up. She has definitely been a bright light in the Roadhouse. We were in there the other night and saw her with her family (I suppose). But you go gettum Chelsea. The world is yours for the asking. Hope the "Magic Kingdom" has all that you dream for. Congratulations on your graduation and all the success the world has to offer.

The food was great and the waitress did a fantastic job, I didnt at all care for sitting elbow to elbow with strangers. Far too crammed, they put a table for 4 where only a table for 2 should be if any table at all. Inconvenience for the wait staff to squeeze through, very unpleasant for my group, and Im sure the group crammed in next to me wasnt all that happy with their seating arrangements. Usually a 5 star experience, missed the mark this time.

This is a great place for kids. The food and service are usually very good. The Establishment it is hard to get in and out of traffic wise. My only issue is its too loud. To be fair though it is supposed to be a Roadhouse atmosphere. So this is not a place to get a quiet meal. On weekends or holidays there tends to be a wait if you dont get there before 5 oclock. this place is popular with locals and tourists alike.

Average priced, but they give you big portions. I loved it. First time trying it and I only ate about half my food. And Im a pretty good eater lol So if you want good food for a god price with a chance of leftovers, Texas roadhouse. Its a +1 for BBQ and steak lovers, but they also have big salads and burgers. <3 Thumb up for a good experience

I can not believe the service tonight. Came in late. About 30 minutes before closing. My friend got held up and and got here 4 minutes after closing. Would not let her in. Said it was against policy. My a**. Their was tons of people here. Her food was already ordered. Ruined my night. I will never return. Ill stick with outback or applebees.

I like the phone ahead so that we can generally get a seat pretty fast on busy nights. The food has been consistently good over the last couple of years. The wait people always seem to go out of their way to understand what we want and how we want it. Management has been stopping by about 80% of the time to see how things have gone.

Service was friendly but food was not. Steak was cooked wrong twice and when I commented on it I was told due to the size of the porterhouse it was hard to cook.... its a steakhouse!.. if anyone should know how to cook a steak it should be them. Waitress was sweet and so were the other servers. maybe youll have better luck.

The food is great. I would give give stars but for my family and I the noise level is a bit much. I know this is a Texas Roadhouse thing but its what keeps us from going more frequently. Otherwise food is great and service usually is too. Waiting area gives the impression of a long wait but wait times are relatively short.

Great food for the price and love the veterans day specials. Facility is clean and nice although very cramped. Only major complaint is the loud country music that makes dinner conversation impossible at times. Staff is polite, courteous, and attentive. Been well over 8 to 10 times and only had my order messed up once.
