Husband daughter and I had bad experience with store manager our waitress last week. We told her she was giving us bad service and she YELLED AT US with other customers to hear. Didnt wait for us to finish ordering individual. We didnt get the right drinks we ordered. Plus we had ordered Clam Chowder and she didnt let us know they didnt have any until our order was coming out. She Blamed the COOKS and she yelled saying she had other tables to serve. Which we fully understand. She obviously dont have good Customer Service Skills to hold position of manager. She didnt even offer to make things better for us customers. I called her MANAGER left message to explain what our complain was. As of today still havent heard from her either. I guess CUSTOMERS at that location dont mean to much to them overall. WILL NOT GO THERE AGAIN.

This place was a favorite. Then I didnt go for a long time. Theres a different cook. He does not know how to make an omelet. We had an uninterested waitress who served COLD waffles. Then she read the bulletin board for ten minutes, while we waited for coffee refills. It looked like she was heading over, but she got sidetracked by her friend at the counter; they had to catch up on life. We finally had to stand up and announce that we wanted something from her. On top of all that, the prices have increased by 50%! NEVER WASTING MY TIME AND MONEY THERE AGAIN!

When we came in, instead of being greeted, we were yelled across the building to sit anywhere thats clean! So we sat outside (the only clean tables) after waiting for 10 minutes I told a waitress we were outside, still did not get service until we went inside. Only then were we allowed to order the grossest sausage and eggs Ive ever had! So if you enjoy rude service, waiting forever and horrible food then this is the place for you!

Jerry Bobs is a hometown favorite. I believe each one is independently franchised, so the experience and price is a little different from store to store. Some food is a little overpriced, but they all have great value breakfast deals. The coffee is nice and weak which is perfect because you can drink cup after cup without getting a caffeine high. Always make sure to tip the nice waitresses! They work hard for you.

The food is mediocre at best and the customer service is highly lacking. I was treated poorly this morning by a waitress whom I have never seen there yet claimed she has been working there "for 14yrs and is the manager". Because of her attitude and lack of ability to properly and politely answer a customers question, I will never go to any Jerry bobs again.

This is a very Family oriented restaurant and the waitresses are out of this world and will take care you!!!! The food is exceptional, I enjoy the 3.59 special, eggs Benedict, and breakfast sandwich. Ive been coming here just about everyday for 9 years. Its a fun atmosphere and the staff is like family to me. Definitely worth the drive.

This place used to be our go to for breakfast. Last couple times it seems like its going down hill. Bacon was ice cold. Square meal had burnt chunks of ham that tasted like charcoal. Prices are going up and quality is going down. Time to find a new breakfast joint.

We went to their location on Cantaro Farm Road near Bashes and Texas Roadhouse convenient location for us. Seated immediately. Casual environment decor could be updated a tad. Good breakfast food large portions. Nice people there. We will definitely go back

Awful. Wifes hash browns were icicles. Same with the cheese on top. Not very friendly service. Asked for strawberries for my pancakes, never happened. Tiny coffe mugs. Chicken fried steak had more flour than meat. First time, last time for me.

I enjoy coming here for breakfast, every waitress is great always comes back to make sure I have everything I need. I go at least once a week and am always greeted by the staff and they always bring me my drink without me having to ask.

Walked in and sat down. Three waitresses there, two of which just wiped down tables next to me and the third conversed with a customer. After five minutes of being ignored I just got up and walked out.

I love diners and diner food, but this place was not good. Everything was just very bland, flavorless and just greasy, and I was very disappointed. Will not be going back.
