Went 2 this Ihop last night w/ the family &it was the 1st time us going. Worst service ever. We were rushed by the waitress 2 pay our bill, cause she was leaving. & i think that was so disrespectful on her part. on top of that we were charged for the wrong thing 2. We had 2 stop the waitress 2 ask for more coffee, creamer cause she never asked if we neede anything. Darlene needs to be retrained & if she knows that she was going to be leaving soon she shouldnt have helped us. After been told if we could pay our check cause her shift had finished I even asked if some1 else was going to be helping us after she left. & she said yes. Cause we still wanted more coffee. B4 we payeed our coffee never arrived; ( then after 10min i re asked her for more coffee & she said "O i forgot you had asked for more coffee. its going to take a while cause a fresh pot is bearly being made" & i said k. & that was our last pot she brought. & she picked up her tip & she disappeared. Im so disappointed on the attendance of the rest of the ihop employees cause they saw us & we were never asked if we needed anything, cause we were still there an hr 1/2 there after. Not till i got a head ache i went outside. i asked 3 employees outside smoking & i asked who the manager is. & she was outside. i told her what had happen & to me she didnt seem to care. ive voiced half of my concers &i am now waitting for a response....

We use to eat here twice a month, but will not be going back after todays experience. My wife found a hair baked into her Belgium Waffle. When she brought it to the servers attention quietly, so no other customers would hear, she told her that management not refund it because there are only men preparing the food. What is that supposed to mean? I know, she assumed my wife was not telling the truth, well I can tell we will not be back to this or any Ihop in Las Cruces! Conveniently we didnt get a survey this time, as they dont want corporate to know about the hair in their food. Well in the case I will call Corporate directly on this one.

I LOVE Ihop but this restaurant at University Avenue is terrible. Lets start with the smell of a GYM when i walked in. The waitress was nice. I asked for a cup of coffee and after 5 minutes she comes with the coffee but no cream. She says that they ran out of cream for the coffee. NO CREAM on a breakfast chain restaurant? what? I said ok, i dont need coffee. Here it comes the food, a giant piece of egg shell on my eggs. I LOVE ihop food but this location needs a new manager. I do not blame the staff, MANAGER ONLY.

The last three times I ate in, the service was terrible; once the server forgot about our table, the next the server was LITERALLY running around the restaurant, and another the server forgot to bring us our tickets... This morning I found that they take forever to take a take out order and then management doesnt even apologize when it is brought their attention. Never going there, or getting to go orders for staff meetings from there ever ever again! Consistently the worst restaurant ever!!!

This place was horrible. My waitress was Alicia, and she was terrible. Without a doubt one of the worst waitresses I have ever had. She made my wife and I feel extremely uncomfortable, and by looking around it was obvious that we were not the only ones who felt that way. None of the employees seemed to have any sense of what professionalism is in the workplace.The food was mediocre at best and I will certainly never be going back. If I could rate this place 0 stars I would.

5 people working cleaning tables, only one server doing anything no one paying attention, all workers are in plane clothes except the server, girls wearing sandals cleaning tables. Havent been checked on since we got our food. No refills. Worst experience I have ever had at IHOP. There is only three tables in here. Definitely will not return to this location.

Slow service at times especially when they only have one person waiting on all tables. I know they have slow nights but they should have at least 2 people on staff. Good is great no complaints on the various times ive been there. Free Wi-Fi just ask for the password and they offer student discount 10%. Overall not bad would continue to go to this location.

The atmosphere was noisy. It was crowded. Im sure the wait staff was tired. Yet,... It was Christmas! Youre open on Christmas. Thank goodness. More for yall and a break for some of us. IHOP helped out while we are across the country away from home on holidays. Two Virginians lost in New Mexico found food and smiles and a place to regroup at IHOP.

I just called in an order, and the guy Irvin answering the phone sounds really annoyed and after Im done placing the order he asks is that all and I said yes and Im waiting for my total and to tell me how long it would take and he just hangs up. So I call back and ask how long will it take and some one said 10 min. Very unprofessional staff.

Every time we have been here, we have experienced amazing service. We are blind, and the first time we came here, there was a mix-up in the computers. Not only did they compensate with a free meal, they actually gave us a ride home because we could not get a ride. Talk about amazing staff. .

IHOP is always our choice for breakfast!! great staff..good good..my only reason for not selecting all 5 stars....the breakfast ham wasnt that great...tough and tasteless... I believe This is the First time we werent completely satisfied!!! But well be back..just not for ham!!!!

On a road trip and thought that this would be a good rest stop to eat at. My family of three were seated right away at 11:52 AM. Restaurant was 1/4 full. At 12:02 decided we werent going to be helped, so we left to Village Inn. Much better results from Village Inn.

Rude servers and host! As soon as you walk through the doors they make you feel like your unwanted guests. Its like the server was annoyed we were there. I didnt catch her name but she is short, light complected medium Brown hair. HORRIBLE!!

I am on vacation and expected my IHOP experience to be similer to the one back home, and it wasnt at all. The food was initially cold when it was delivered. The portion size was terribly small. Overall this was my worst IHOP experience ever.

I suggest you check whats inside your burger. Once I got two pieces tomato that from the very top and bottom of the tomato with cicatrix, that suppose to be threw away. I had called the waiter to replace it.

Excellent breakfast. Service was prompt and courteous. If youre a senior dont look at senior specials until you look at regular menu because regular breakfast is cheaper for same order during breakfast hours.

Server didnt know what I was asking for; I asked for country gravy. They didnt complete my brothers pancakes, and service was lagging with three other tables. Quite terrible if you ask me
