We went in for lunch at 12:20 and left at 1:45pm without having gotten any food. At first after 45 minutes we were told our order was apparently either lost or mixed up at the bar. We still had time before needing to be back at the office so we waited and were told the food would be right out, but after another 45 minutes our food or waiter were no where to be seen so we just gave up and left since we had to get back and we had not seen our waiter come through the dining area where we were seated. During this time, other tables and an entire office party seemed to be able to get in and out but apparently a salad and a burger were too much to handle.

Great food! I have never been to the bar area, only the restaurant portion. Their staff are very nice, usually attentive & prompt, and always helpful with food suggestions/recommendations and filling up drinks. I find that the food does take awhile to get to the table, but the quality is unbeatable! Amazing mac & cheese side, great burgers, sandwiches (the Reuben is superb), and INCREDIBLE fries (and I usually do not like french fries that much)! Highly recommended. Bring family and friends for a good time!

I have had the pleasure of finding out that this restaurant has employed someone who is using my name and social security number for the past two years. I have reached out to them on several occasions and havent heard from them since. Either they dont care that someone there is ruining my life or they make it a habit to hire illegals that steal peoples info. I have contacted the IRS and intend to fix my problems with or without the help of the owners of this disrespectful establishment...

Honestly, the waitress are very nice and the service is pretty good. However, if you are trying to watch a University of Arizona football game while Florida is playing be prepared to not hear the game. I understand that they have to make money from Univ. of Florida Alumni who pay money to have the upstairs, but this is TUCSON & you owe it to people that frequent your restaruant for all UA sports games (football and basketball) to be able to hear the G*d damn game!!!!

Some co-workers and I had lunch there today and the service was horrible, we sat down took the waitress about 25 minutes just to take our drink order than 15 to take our food order never once stopped by our table to offer refills or to inform us of why it was taking so long to get our food out this is a place I will never have lunch at again. They dont even deserve the one star Im required to put to post my review.

Almost gave 2 stars. The only redeeming quality was the food and maybe the TVs on every table in the bar. The food was good, but not exceptional. Our waitress had no personality. It seems they hire women only for the front of house service (probably based on their looks). They arent required to be good servers, just look good. There have got to be better options in town for sports oriented food and atmosphere.

How do you report No Stars! The men at the bar were very unfair towards myself and my party(?)! The gave us unfair treatment with other people tending the establishment at the same time. We were given an ultimatum, like we we were dogs, I swear. I will never return and suggest to never use Rustys as a business meeting place! They will never receive my business again. Thank you. Horrible service, takes over an hour to get a simple appetizer. Servers bounce around to each table which shows no organization from management. Would do 0 stars if we could. No apology from service staff, no management came to the table to check on us or anyone. Very unprofessional and uncaring to paying customers. Definitely will not return!!!

Typical sports bar and sports bar food, some things are quite good and some things are not so good. They try and do too much on their menu, they should narrow it down a little and do a few things really well. The one thing they do really well are their wings, best wings I have had in Tucson.

Rustys is an amazing place. We ate in the sports bar which had a great feel. The food and selections were surprisingly good. The service was incredible and super friendly. The value was exceptional. We took a chance while travelling but if I lived here I would frequent this place alot.

Horrible service, waited 1:45 for our food.. Waitress was clumsy and not that well trained. To describe the food one might compare it to rating food from a dumpster. Just know that if you go here you will have to wait for about 45 minutes before you are provided customer service

Service was good except they forgot the salad but they got it quickly. Dont order wine!! Its horrible! Cant believe they let people smoke e-cigarettes!!! The Bleu cheese Burger want very Bleu cheese y... I had to order Bleu cheese dressing to supplement.

Sports bar atmosphere on one side and family dining on the other. Theres a pool table (or maybe more than one??) Upstairs. The service is consistently friendly. The steak medallions are pretty amazing but be patient... no mashed potatoes until after 5pm

I must write this to give super praise to Rustys. We have been customers since it opened and ha e never had a bad experience . I suggest sitting in the restaurant for family esp. Seniors for quiet dining great service and sport viewing.

Rusty s has any outside seating area, an inside seating area with a bar, an upstairs seating area with pool tables and a restaurant seating area. The food is very good and the chefs have been very accommodating to vegetarians.

For a sports bar, Rustys really is a great place to dine. Our food was great, service was great and the prices were low. Lots of TVs to watch the games, and a decent atmosphere if you arent expecting fine dining!

I am from Oregon here on a trip. The place was highly recommended by my hotel. They were right, food was fantastic, service was excellent and you cant beat the walk to wall football. Loved it. Awesome!

Not a single item on the walls that isnt a TV or a beer poster... the perfect sports bar. Two stories, a massive menu, and dozens of TVs make this Tucsons best place to watch football on Sundays.

Always feel like family when I go in. I dont go very often but their waitresses are awesome. Ask for Yuliana or Mari and theyll take good care of you. Food is good too.
