We used to come her frequently with our grandkids. We appreciated the kids eat free and the senior menu. We are trying to change our eating habits to eliminate glutton and sugar. We went there this morning with our grandson and had it all figured out what we were going to get to help us achieve our goals, but when we got there we discovered that you had dropped your senior menu. We had to find something else. We settled on one of the special breakfasts, but wanted to substitute pancakes for hash browns and asked our waitress. She said she didnt know, but would ask. She didnt come back so we assume it was ok. She brought our breakfast and then explained that we couldnt, but she had a different way. We ate our breakfasts which were fine, but then go the bill and found that she had substituted pancakes with hash browns, but had almost doubled the cost. If she would have told us, we would have done something else. I mentioned it to the person taking the money and she said it says on the page, no substitutions. That wasnt something Id seen and youd think your waitresses would know that. The combination of this and removing the senior menu has now moved Perkins to the bottom of our future list. Besides, the bacon was half the size it used to be!

We finally got up and left. Went there this afternoon for lunch with my kids. 8 ppl in the dinning room, 7-8 ppl in the conference room, 2 waitresses and 45 minutes after ordering our food we sat there hungry. The couple across from us said they had also waited 40 minutes for their food. Once they got their food the ladies toast was burned and her hash browns were so hard you couldnt get a fork into them. As for her husband, someone had loosened the salt shaker lid which spilled salt all over his meal, and they didnt even bother to offer replacing his plate. The waitress did tell us that they had a big party in the conference room and that is why our food was taking so long, however, I looked and there were only about 7-8 ppl in there and she should have offered the kids a muffin or something. We wont be back.

Three of us went in for Breakfast today. We were seated promptly but sat at our table for approx. 20 min before having anyone take our drink order. Waited another 10 min. Before even getting drinks. Gave our meal order immediately thinking that would speed up the process. Waited 30 minutes without having even a courtesy check to let us know food was coming. Noticed it wasnt just our table experiencing same thing. Restaurant wasnt even busy at that particular time. WORST experience ever in regards to customer service. The wait staff was unapologetic and never communicated if there was an issue with short staffing or any other issues that was keeping them from doing their jobs. After 45 minutes of this BS and still not getting our food, we got up and walked out. Ate at Qdoba instead.

This place made me regret eating out for breakfast this morning. The service was below average, the food took over an hour we grabbed a manager to check on it and she came out complaining about how someone called in and they were short staffed in the kitchen and went on and on about their staffing problems and took off 30%. I couldnt believe we had to pay a dime. If anyone would have cared to ask how the food was we would have told them how bad it tasted. I didnt eat mine and I felt sick when we were leaving bc I was SO hungry going there and then waiting only to NOT end up eating. I wouldnt return if someone paid me to.

Literally the worst service ever. I go here all the time, due to it being the only breakfast place near my office and it is ALWAYS a bad experience. It appears there is no management present. Wait times are atrocious. They are always under, miss, or inproperly staffed. Half the time food doesnt come out hot, because theres no one to deliver it. If it werent for the prime location for people in the oil and gas industry, this place would have shut down long ago. Drive the extra 5 minutes and go to Mimis!!!

9:20 PM on a Monday, closed!!! No sign on door, just locked. Waitress comes out to have a smoke and informs me the carpet cleaners showed up so now they are closed, but good for them they get to go home! Sucks for you tho! No dear, sucks for you, I was coming in several times a week due to working in the area, and staying in hotel across the street. Not any more! What business closes their doors to customers during regular hours for carpet cleaning? Not one that Ill be going to anymore!

The eggs were dries out the bacon was dried out had 2 servers and the manager work in tandem to try and help us out they tried to bring my food to the wrong table brought me the wrong side and everything that wasnt dry was swimming in grease girlfriends hashbrowns were more oil than potato servers were scatter brained and made no attempt to even try to be friendly until they tried to sell us on dessert on the upside I was constipated for a day and the food helped clear that right up

I work next door to this Perkins and was hoping to place an order for pick up for myself and 4 coworkers. When I told the Perkins employee, Wendy, I wanted to place an order she said, "OK, hang on. I have some things I need to get then Ill be back with you." She put me on hold and I hung up after waiting 5 minutes. When I called back, the phone rang for 20 rings with no answer. If Perkins doesnt want our business then we dont want to give it to them.

We have been to this Perkins a number of times. The waitresses were always very friendly. We have only been in at breakfast but the food was excellent! The only complaint I would have is on 5/22/16 the coffee was really bad. They told us that they could not get coffee from there regular supplier. If they were to continue to serve that particular coffee which taste like aspirin, we would not be going back.

The restaurant was half empty at the time it shows their peak customer time. Sunday morning at 11 am. Not enough servers. Lone out the door. What was supposed to be a 15 min wait turned into 25 and never did get seated. The list was so disorganized that people coming in after us got seated. Very bad managment.

Love the staff at this location, they are a friendly and flavored bunch. Food is what you get at any Perkins, so tasty but nothing out of the ordinary or exceptional. Prices are good, could be a bit lower, but its OK.

Service was awful. Never did the waitress come over, so finally the manager came over to take our order. Then the bill never came and waited a long time for someone to come to the register.

Had breakfast on 1-24 , over easy eggs were over hard and wifes scrambled eggs looked like they were sitting for a while (dried out) Server was great., but would not go back.
