The food is the only thing decent at this location because it is consistent with other locations. However, the service by both the cashiers and managers is not so good. Even when they get your order right on the register, they give you at least something wrong on your tray/drive thru and you usually need to ask for sauce 2-3 times. Also, when you go through the drive thru and they need to cook anything you ordered that was not ready, they ask you to pull up even when no one is behind you so their drive thru order timer does not count against them.

The chicken is good, as in the same quality you will find at any of the franchise locations. They have the new Coca Cola Freestyle machines, which is nice. The issues here are with the limited seating, locked restrooms, and the incredibly long lines at lunch time. Located in Center City and having only 2 registers, guarantees a line that usually stretches right to the front door.

Typically not much for fried foods, but this was light, airy and devoid of grease. Service was very fast and it appeared they overstuffed the order. Shared tenders, shrimp and fries along with mashed and green beans. Again surprisingly all were seasoned well, tasty and light. Kudos

Great service. The food was freshly made to order. Got the naked chicken Po Boy with a side of Cajun Rice. The fries were awesome! My son loves the mac n cheese and chicken tender combo. We make it our go to spot when we are in the area.
