Worst service ever for a Chick-fil-A. Weve eaten here in years before and its always been really good. Weve never had a bad experience at any Chick-fil-A until today. Service was super slow. Super Food Side was only half the size as it should have been, too much dressing, and missing the dried cherries. Ended up waiting in line for 10 minutes before an employee was able to help. Server Dara (very helpful and apologetic) offered to get the dried cherries and did so. Upon returning with the cherries there was a hair in the container. Since this is located in a beach town a lot of the employees are foreigners working for the summer in the US. English is not their first language and they dont always understand what the customers are asking for. This visit could have been better. It mostly comes down to a lack of training and experience of the employees. Sandwiches and fries were as always good. Truett Cathy would not have been very pleased with the standard of service.

Never had a bad chik fil a experience until yesterday. I blame it on most of the staff being foreign so there is a communication issue. I ordered for me and my kids after waiting in line for 20 minutes. After waiting another 25 minutes for my food I see they didnt get my order right. I set my kids up with their lunch and go back to the counter. I tell them my sandwich was only suppose to have bacon on it. The girl says do you want chicken on it? Well duh Im not paying 7 bucks for bacon!! So I stand there 5 minutes still no sandwich I decide to sit down with my kids and wait. 20 minutes later kids are done eating and I still dont have my sandwich. I go to the counter and ask for my sandwich. She says what sandwich! Ok so no im pissed. They never made it. They were getting ready to make it and I stopped them. Just give me my money back. Never will go to this location again its a joke!

THOROUGHLY IRRITATED. There was a note, with SPECIFIC instructions NOT to put pickles on my sandwich. As specific as this... "NO PICKLES OR PEOPLE WILL DIE"... Now thats OBVIOUSLY meant to be a little funny and colorful with the request for no pickles to be placed on a sandwich. But... Lo and behold... 2 big , ole nasty, sloppily placed pickles are on my sandwich. I HATE pickles. The smell, the flavor and the texture. Now, my bread is soaked with that disgusting aroma and flavor. Its not hard. I understand mistakes happen, I do... But when I go out of my way to make the request memorable enough to stand out from the daily, mundane orders... And Im paying, I would expect that there be no pickles on my sandwich. Im at work and cannot leave again so lunch is in the trash can. Thanks. Appreciate you taking my money and sending me your pickles. The tea was good though.

We get here with 40 minutes till the end of breakfast. The line is long, which is as to be expected. Right as we walk in they announce they are no longer making hash browns and you can only get French fries. This is a disappointment but its where we decided to come for breakfast so we stick it out. There is only one person at the cash register. Being a previous employee with the chickfila company I look at the screen behind the counter to see how theyre doing on the orders. All of the orders on the screen are in the red (meaning it had been several minutes since the order and customers have still not gotten food.) after waiting for 20 minutes we get our order. When we open it up, there is no chicken on the chicken biscuit we ordered. While the employees were respectable the over all experience and atmosphere was poor and unacceptable.

This location has been hit or miss for a while now. Only two of the last ten visits has the food been good and fresh. Yesterdays visit the fries was a mix of old hard fries and fresh ones. My deluxe spicy chicken sandwich was soggy and the thickest part of the meat that was discolored and hard. I can only assume that it had sat out way too long. And for the record the chicken sandwiches at this location has never tasted as spicy as it should be. A recent visit to a Panama City Beach, Florida Chick-fil-A reminded me of how good their sandwiches actually are so I know this particular store can do a lot better. The lemonade was great as always.

Order was completely messed up, even after stating what I wanted 2 times to the cashier. After checking out realized that I was missing a fruit cup. Cashier rung up a large when I ordered a small. Then, open my sandwich to realize they messed that up 2! Asked to speak to a manager... and was told he was busy! Hire staff that can understand English! Very Disappointed in this visit and I am a local in OC...

Always great food and service. Food is always Amazing. Chicken is Real not fake or processed. Has a kids play area. Portion sizes just right for kids and adults. My go to place every time I go to the Beach every year and we normally go 3 times out of the week we stay thats how much we love it here. Last year my order got messed up somehow so they gave me 3 not 1 but 3 gift cards for a free sandwich

I have always loved chick fila but I lived in west oc for the summer of 2016 and I have never been to a worse chick fila then the one in west oc. They constantly get orders incorrect and the wait times for food can get pretty long there. Ive also had the wrong change handed to me through the drive thru more than once. To sum everything up, this chick fila is some ass.

Replacing coleslaw with kale and broccoli superfood side was a million dollar idea. This location is always clean and fresh even in the peak summer season and offers weekly family activity events like paint night, pirate night and mason jar decorating in off season. Friendly staff and awesome management. Great work Hunter!

Chick-fil-a is my preferred fast food chain. I ordered 4 combos for the family thru the drive thru. Went back to the beach. I found out I was shorted a sandwich. The bigger problem the other 3 sandwiches were extremely over cooked. So we threw them all out and went out on the boardwalk

Super friendly staff upon check in, nice,quiet and quaint rooms really nice for family trips. Pool nice and clean. I would love to come in September as the leaves change as the view of the lake is really nice. Theres a playground and basketball court. I will be back again !

At the drive-thru did a special order they did not do it.. when I got to the window instead they handed what I asked for it out the window with my order absolutely horrible service next time Ill fix it my way at the window so I can hold up your line thank you

First time having food from this chain although they just open one in the city. The lines are always extremely long here in the city - on the sidewalk. Enjoyed my chicken nuggets and my son loved his chicken sandwich.
