It was terrible. I ordered then proceeded to the window to get my order, then I was told that they didnt have what I ordered. Then I was told that the card that I used that i will not receive the funds until 3-4 days. Bad visit. Suggestions is, make sure the customer is informed of the items that are not able to be purchased. Just think, this was right after leaving a funeral.

Very rude and not helpful. She forgot to turn her mic off at drive through and I can hear her shouting rudely to another staff. I waited 7 mins at drive through. After I got my order in, I was told at next window that its another 9 mins for the chicken. Its been 25 mins now. Very disappointing....disgusting service.

I ordered popcorn chicken. I was told I had a 3 minute wait. I said that was fine. I was offered a free drink for my wait, which I turned down because I figured it was no big deal. I am still waiting for my chicken. This is the last time I will come here. I waited 20 minutes. Never, ever again!!!

May not be open (4/24/17). Currently getting some renovations on the outside. The signs say that the store drive-thru is open, but the drive thru had ladders and work trucks all around it blocking the drive-thru.

Manager was rude. Worker @ counter was very pleasant inspite of environment he was placed in. Manager had limited amount of paper or change currency available to customers. Manager hides in office not visible

I was given the wrong size of sides with my order, and they didnt have crunchy chicken for one of the sandwiches they asked if they could sub with another chicken patty, I agreed but was disappointed.
