Was so excited when this location opened up a few years ago. For a long time they were top notch in terms of fast food - good food with accurate delivery. I used to be able to drive away and not even look at my bag because I was so confident that my order would be correct (something I had many problems with at other chains in the past). However in the last few months my experiences have changed - the quality of the food has gone down - when youre paying such high prices I expect something decent, not just some breading and sinew on the nuggets. Also sadly have had a number of mistakes on my orders. I dont know if the management or stafff has gone under major changes but something bad has happened to this place.

Usually staff great and food good. Got there and girl at counter didnt know what she was doing. Repeated myself a few times. Didnt give receipt. Food came and it was wrong fries. Told her and she said SORRY. Not once when I said thank you did she say my pleasure. If she is new, she should tell me. Otherwise she isnt a good employee. Salad was also very small compared to previous visits. If managers werent so busy would have talked to them. If management wants to know name, please let me know.

I went inside for lunch and I didnt know if they gave me the right drink I asked for, I seen a guy that was cleaning the tables, was he the one that bring the food to the table and he look at me like I came from another planet,. He was very rude and said NO I wasnt the one. He was very cocky about it. (It was the wrong drink) I asked for diet.

I went on a Tuesday night with a friend and we ate in, there were a few cars in the drive thru but inside it wasnt busy at all. We were helped right away and all of the staff were super friendly, asking us multiple times if we were all good, even after we we were seated

Always busy but they stay on top of the orders. All chick fil a food is amazing! Also youve got to respect a company that sticks with the old standard of honouring the Sabbath when they could be making a lot of money by opening.

Very clean and quick in and out, if you ate in a hurry. The staff always check in to see if you need anything. The kids play center is well kept and everything seems to work according to my kids. My favorite for lunch in a rush.

Great location! Foods is always hot and fresh and the staff is friendly and helpful! This location goes out of their way to help the community through fundraising and special events. Highly recommended!

Not their fault but my order on my phone wasnt going through and he couldnt pull up a number for me from my phone. So we ended up paying over the phone. They did give us 2 free sandwich cards.
