Those people that work in kfc all of them doesnt know how to treat the customers they have bad actitud and another thing i was there yesterday around 940:pm date 1/14/17 i went i group of 10 peoples 4 adults and 6 kids i spend like almost 60 dollars order couple a bucket and others foods and the chicken that they gave us they look old and bad taste wasnt cook well i told the manager hes like a chubby black male look young and he told me he cant do anything about it he was like in a rush then ok we eat in the store and they was rushing us to leave cause they said they close at 10pm and i told him lisent we are buying food and we are starving we cant go anywhere cause us are traveling different states and cant eat in my car so then around 10 pm they turn off the lights inside the stores and we was still eating we all got mad about it its disrespectful how they treat us after they turn off the lights the same dude came to us saying about that we need to leave cause the store is close and i told him personal lisent yah cant turn off the lights number one cause we are customers and always customers comes first than whatever yah doing or whatever they suppose to do there job and he told me with his actitud we have 2 minutes to eat i told him dont rush us the employees they was lol laffy to us and another thing they didnt had spoons or folks either plates to share we the food we bought that so bad we had to eat like in the old days we grave the cups lids and we us it as a spoons cause we had mash potatoes with the gravy and caw slaws i spend my money in tha store for nothing didnt like the food didnt like how they was in front of my kids talking bad and even my kids saying why they turn off the lights so i wanna to report this to ho ever customers dont waste your time and buy there food to them please the store is dirty need to clean up and the employees are nasty actitud we the customers i have pictures about when they turn off the lights to us and employees was looking at us

Checked when they were open until and it said 1am. So great I get there at 10:25 pm. I go through the drive thru and the guy proceeds to tell me that he Taco Bell portion is closed. But KFC is still open great. I look over menu and begin to order. Guy was like hey KFC is closed Taco Bell is open. So now Im annoyed but order anyways. As Im looking at menu and ordering they turn the menu light off so I can no longer see anything. Go to pay with cash and they pay me back over two dollars in all change. Quarters dimes and nickels. Get my stuff go to eat and they forgot and didnt even charge me for my whole order. Got back home rechecked their times and it still said they were open both portions Taco Bell and KFC 10am to 1 am. On a friday night. Called the location at 11 and they said KFC is closed but Taco Bell is open. I told them they need to change their internet information and the guy just became rude. THis is also not the first time they have messed up my order. The last two times I was charged and multiple items were missing.

This is th worse KFC. The customer service in the drive-thru is horrible. Ive never been inside though. I placed my order which consisted of green beans, and the guy started laughing loudly and then asked me if I was serious. I was completely confused as to why ordering green beans was so funny. I told him that I was serious, and then he told me they didnt sell green beans. I usually go to the KFC on 38 near Cherry Hill Mall, but went to this one because its 3 minutes away from me. Instead of him just telling me they dont sell green beans, he chose to be rude. The second time I attempted to go here, (dont know why) my husband and I pull up to the menu and were immediately asked what we wanted. I asked the guy to please wait a second. Then 30 seconds later, he was yelling "YOU READY YET!?!" My husband told me to just leave. He couldnt believe the guys tone or volume of his voice. If we want KFC, we will definitely go to the one on 38!

This KFC sucks, we ordered $64 worth of food, even told them to take their time because it was a big order. They forgot ALL the biscuits and the popcorn chicken in our k12 meals, which included strips, popcorn chicken, a biscuit and two sides. A lot of people were upset about half their meal being gone, not worth the money to go here and get what you pay for stolen from you, Ill stick to Chick Fil A from now on, they strive on perfection and they have never messed up an order, no matter how big, cause they actually care and take their time. The people here could care less.

I went yesterday with my families around 9:50 pm they dont know how to treat the customers food is not well done didnt had potatoes wadge for my big order no spoons no napkins no lids for the drinks I prefer Popeyes its expensive the food but better taste than KFC KFC is good cause the food not expensive but lately the food from KFC from the store 2821 nj 73 s zipcode 08052 not worth it to eat there and the employees need to upgrade have to show them some educacion or fire them and hire new peoples

This place was horrible ! They had no lights on at all and they were open! Couldnt read the menu because the lights werent on ! Then we waited for over 30 minutes in drive thru. Then asked us to pull up after we have been waiting ! We ended up not getting our food because they too almost an hour in the drive thru ! And the people were rude when we asked what was going on ! And acted ignorant when we told them to forget it!

This place doubles as a Taco Bell. The bathroom hadnt been cleaning properly in a long time. The floor which was tiled with map with a dirty mop what you could tell because they were style going 6 inches up on the wall and half of it was clean because it hadnt been touched by the mob and the bottom half was dirty because it had been touched by the mob. Have had digestive problems after eating there.

I havent been to the KFC in quite some time, but a friend of mine and I stopped in for dinner. Main mainly because we had such a bad experience at Popeyes chicken. The customer service here at KFC was absolutely wonderful. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends or anyone who is looking for Fried chicken meal.

So the website says open until 1 AM, we had someone that was going to pick up food around 11:30 PM for a bunch of us at work, she was told they were closed. Why does the website state this place is open until 1 when they are not?
